The psychedelic nature that we are so used to has altered. The band seems to have progressed their craft and I can honestly say that it cannot have gone any better. Currents is fluid, well assembled and the effort put into this album is quite obvious. Its stands confidently amongst other more established artists and it will do for a while. I have been waiting for this one for months and I was quite pleased.

Lunch- Black Eyed Bean Salad With Fries and Traditional Greek Tzatziki
Ingredients
For the Salad (amounts to your liking)
Cherry tomatoes Parsley (chopped) Spring Onion Black eyed beans (boiled) One small lemon Olive oil Salt/Pepper
Method
Combine all the ingredients
For the Tzatziki you will need:
2 Cucumbers (deseeded to avoid excess liquids and grated) 350g of Greek Yogurt 2-3 Garlic cloves (crushed) 2 Tablespoons of Apple Vinegar 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and put in the fridge 2 hours before serving
For the Fries:

This structured Little purse gives me the feel of a clash between modernity and and classical architecture. Plus it features one of my favourite colours, it is a beauty.

Lunch: Pasta al Pesto ~this took 5 minutes not including the time it takes to boil the pasta~
Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes (halved) Pesto of your choice Fresh Spinach (finely chopped) Pasta (let it cool for about 7 mins)
And Parmesan cheese if you want
Method:
Just mix all the ingredients together and there you have it. Enjoy!
