Outside England ‘s Bristol Zoo there is a parking lot for 150 cars and 8 buses. For 25 years, it’s parking fees were managed by a very pleasant attendant. The fees were £1.40 for cars and £7 for buses.

Then, one day, after 25 solid years of never missing a day of work, he just didn’t show up; so the Zoo Management called the City Council and asked it to send them another parking agent.

The Council did some research and replied that the parking lot was the Zoo’s own responsibility.

The Zoo advised the Council that the attendant was a City employee.

The City Council responded that the lot attendant had never been on the City payroll.

Meanwhile, sitting in his villa somewhere on the coast of Spain or France or Italy … is a man who’d apparently had a ticket machine installed completely on his own and then had simply begun to show up every day, commencing to collect and keep the parking fees, estimated at about £560 per day — for 25 years.

Assuming 7 days a week, this amounts to just over 7 million pounds … and no one even knows his name.

"It’s Frustrating, but I’m not surprised. Rodney King n the L.A riot didn’t happen too long ago. Unity has always been the answer. The reason women n women’s rights groups, animals n PETA, gays n gay rights groups, Jews ect. Seem to receive justice in unjust situations more often than African Americans here is that they all have organizations that represent their voice as a whole and push their agenda. Also they’re not out here destroying each other to the point where if we do decide to say something about a murder or someone white using the "N" word, we’re made to look like hypocrites. I personally have never had a bad experience with a cop(outside a P.safety officer pulling a gun on me n my friends while we were in the weight room in college) but I’ve been robbed at gun point and I’ve lost friends growing up to black on black crime. I’ve seen way too much growing up in the area I did to act like an unjust system is the biggest problem we face as a ppl. If we don’t start putting a higher value on ourselves and each other then we’ll continue to be treated as less than. The Willie Lynch letter applies perfectly to our ppl today. And Rioting is an ignorant response to something very upsetting. It solves nothing, especially when you’re destroying stores n stuff, now who ever worked at that CVS is out of a job. You risk your own life or going to jail for what? To tear your own city up? If we are gonna Boycott #BlackFriday then Protests should be organized the day of, outside of malls around the country to show #injustice is the reason why we’re not contributing to their economic growth.
