LAW OF ASSUMPTION : THE WHOLE RUN-DOWN
this is gonna be a long-ish ass post, so grab a snack, here is the whole rundown of law of assumption. im gonna be telling you how to manifest, quotes, success stories and limiting beliefs + how to get rid of them and more. ive made a similar post but since then ive gotten new followers and more people have joined the community.
⋆ ☾ : what is law of assumption?
law of assumption in simple definition is: WHATEVER YOU ASSUME, YOU WILL HAVE IN YOUR REALITY. for example if you were assuming into your reality that you own a million dollar house, BY LAW that million dollar house is yours! you will have it in your reality in no-time.
ALL ASSUMPTIONS HARDEN TO A FACT
⋆ ☾ : if it’s that easy then why do people fail?
first of all you cannot “fail” in law of assumption, there is never failure in law of assumption. the law cannot fail you. people simply don’t get their desires for many reasons which i will go through.
1. THEY ARE IN THE “WAITING” ZONE.
this is a common mistake and i see it all the time, you are NOT WAITING FOR YOUR DESIRES, your desires are yours. once you assume creation is finished and your desire is yours, thats it. its done. start maintaining the state of wish fulfilled.
state of wish fulfilled isn’t being happy or excitement its the fulfilment and acceptance that your manifestation is yours, its a natural feeling.
2. THEY GO BACK TO THE OLD STORY
“your assumption to be effective, cannot be a single isolated act, it must be a maintained attitude of wish fulfilled” — Neville Goddard
you cannot serve two masters at once, to successfully manifest you must kill the old beliefs you’ve had, you must get rid of the limiting beliefs you’ve entertained. for example if you’re manifesting a new desired appearance you can’t keep persisting in the assumption that you’re ugly and start tearing yourself apart, you must persist in the assumption that you HAVE your desired appearance.
3. THEY LET EXTERNAL FACTORS DICTATE THEIR MANIFESTATION
if right now you’re currently seeing things that you’re unhappy with DARE TO ASSUME THE BEST LIFE YOU WANT. any circumstance you are in you can get it out of the way, time is not an obstacle. nothing is when you’re a god, assume big and beautiful because there is nothing you cant have.
i understand majority of us are in undesirable circumstances so i do have a post if you’re struggling here
4. THEY ASSUME THEY HAVE TO DO A LOT OF THINGS TO GET WHAT THEY WANT
THIS IS WRONG! you do not have to lift a finger to get what you want, you can stay in the comfort of your bed and home to get your dream life, the only thing you have to do is get out of the comfort zone of a victim mindset. methods, yes they’re helpful but are they necessary? no. you do not have to do the void, SATs, scripting, 5x55 or 3x33 or lullaby method to get what you want. you just need yourself and your mind.
5. THEY HAVE A FEAR OF FAILURE
as i mentioned before, you cannot fail. so GO ALL IN, start taking that leap of faith, nothing bad will happen, start believing in yourself and start having faith within yourself because trust me YOU CAN. you can do it.
majority of people have this longing fear that they’re wasting their time but it WILL WORK and its NOT A WASTE OF TIME. the biggest risk is sitting there idly by not doing anything and staying in the same position when know all this power you have!
6. LACK OF SELF CONCEPT
self concept is something everyone will benefit from no matter what, take it from me. when i focused on my self concept i got better treatment from other people, people treated me with respect, i treated myself with respect, toxicity out of my life, fortune and luck everywhere i go.
our concept of ourselves revolves around our manifestations; if you always thought of yourselves as ugly, a loser, stupid you don’t have that self respect for yourself and you dont feel worthy enough. look at rihanna, rihanna treats herself highly and so does everyone else around her. why? because she has a high concept of herself SHE KNOWS she deserves to be treated with the upmost respect and she reflects that.
⋆ ☾ : so it’s really that easy?
YES! it really is that easy, a lot of people don’t think its easy because of the way they VIEW it. some people view law of assumption as a job or a chore when it really isnt. we assume everyday without even realising it, when we see food that looks gross to us we assume that it most-likely tastes like absolute garbage and because we assumed so..IT IS!
that girl in your school who you think is a snobby little privileged bully? if you changed their assumption on them and replaced it with new beliefs and maintained those new beliefs they would change.
⋆ ☾ : limiting beliefs and how to overcome them
limiting beliefs are normal and is completely common to have but its what we do with our limiting beliefs and how to overcome them so we can do so truly fo so much with our potential that we have.
common limiting beliefs
1. manifesting physical appearances take longer
that couldn’t be any further from the truth, manifesting physical appearances can happen instantly like any single manifestation out there however “unrealistic” it may sound.
2. it takes takes weeks to reprogram your subconscious mind
who made this UP?? it really does depend on yourself, reprogramming your subconscious isnt a MUST, you just have to change beliefs, do not force yourself. again, it can take instantly.
3. you need to affirm for a long period of time
no, you absolutely dont. you can affirm for a second you can affirm for a couple of minutes do not go overboard and create these limiting beliefs yourself. stop putting limitations on your true powers, your subconscious is your higher god self and it absorbs everything.
4. “Impressing the subconscious mind”
DO NOT EVER THINK FOR ONE SECOND YOU HAVE TO “IMPRESS” YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. your subconscious is yourself, why are you impressing yourself. your subconscious is not something out of you it is within you. you do not have to impress a thing- and a lot of people say you have to with even increases the limiting belief that you have to say tons of affirmations for the desire to “fully sink in and manifest”. that’s completely wrong.
and can i just say, you have the full responsibility of the life you choose to make. nobody else you do not have to follow the life other people have set up for you, go your own way. and also, there is no one higher above dictating whether you get your desires or not. YOU dictate and decide your desires, nobody else.
⋆ ☾ : how to manifest
in the most simplest way i am going to tell you how to exactly manifest, this time with no methods with not even lifting a finger how to manifest anything you want in life.
ASSUME WHAT YOU WANT TO BE
want that car? assume it. want to be a celebrity? assume it. want to date a celebrity? assume it. want to have your dream desired appearance? assume it is DONE. thats it, thats actually it.

now i want you to imagine your dream self, how do they look? how do they dress? how do they talk? how do they smell? are they smart? poise? beautiful? how do people react when they see your dream person walk into a room? now. that dream person you just imagined, is YOU. its not a dream. stop thinking that something you want is a far distant imagination that you will never reach, its not. its anything but.
have the same thoughts as you would if all assumptions were true. for example, if i was manifesting becoming an oscar-winning actress who works with best actors and actresses in the business i would be having thoughts such as…
“I am the best winning actress ever”
“I never fail at acting, I always bring my A game”
“i always work with the best people on earth, and i am so grateful for that”
“I really am that BITCH.”
see? i would embody mentally the person i want to become, and assume in it’s fullest.
this is also what you call LIVING IN THE END, living in the end is what you call THINKING FROM and not THINKING OF. you are thinking from the perspective of your manifestation already being materialised.

trust me when i say you can do it, you can manifest having whatever you want in life and let nobody tell you any different. thats all their silly limiting beliefs that they’re telling you, you don’t have to believe them. start believing in the imagination. start trusting yourself because you are the operant power who holds everything together. you’re amazing, smart, beautiful in your own unique way, you’re YOU. you are so unique and you’re made up of all these beautiful thoughts and you’ll soon use those thoughts to manifest everything you could ever wish for you. now, if it ever gets too tough for you. thats okay :) no need to panic or feel any threat. you can get through it. how many situations have you been in that you felt it was the end of the world? and look at you you’re still here thriving. one day you’re gonna finally be able to wake up and realise the world you’ve created around you and say “i’ve made it”

be yourself: im serious!! im not being corny or cringey shutup. if ur currently trying to fit in or be like the people around u, STAWP. u will never be them. theres nothing u can do to be like them. just like they will never be u, and thats ur power girl! figure out who YOU are and be the best version of YOURSELF. be confident in the fact that no one will ever amount to you! bible!!!
ignore jealous btches: they're irrelevant babe! if anyone talks shit abt u, whether its to ur face or not, they're just insecure. people who spend their time talking abt someone else are fans! they're so obsessed with u. other's opinions doesn't matter bc it's subjective, they project their own insecurities onto you. they see whats worst in them on you, but it has nothing to do with you gf!!
stand out: do ur thing, wear whatever you want, do whatever u like!! and who cares if people stare or talk about u, they all look the same. they wish they were as confident in themselves as you are babe! don't live for others, do ur thing and do it for YOU.
physical glow up
start fresh: take a shower or a relaxing bath! let go of anything thats been annoying u or overwhelming u lately. put on fresh new clothes (or comfy pjs if its late xo), put on some perfume, do ur skincare, etc. this will help with setting a new start, as if u were now a blank canvas
brush ur hair: do it! i have naturally curly hair and i used to only comb it in the shower, but now i brush my dry hair more often and its way better. if u take care of it i promise it wont even look frizzy, it will help keep it looking soft and clean!
accessorize: it doesn't matter if ur all dolled up or just wearing sweats, accessories make everything better!!! i prefer golden jewelry over silver most of the time, it makes me feel so chic and put together. put on some rings, some bracelets, necklaces.. make it cute!
finding ur own style: this ties into what i said before about being yourself. figure out what ur personal style is! don't put urself into a box or an already existing "aesthetic", that's tacky and it limits ur possibilities. just do whatever u want! maybe one day ur feeling more like wearing dresses and the next u wana wear sweats, and thats normal and cool asf! u should wear what makes u feel good, confident, and comfortable

1. mindset #sigma grindset
stop comparing urself and stop being jealous. jealousy is a disease and its embarrassing. instead of envying something, admire it. be confident in urself and in the fact that u can always better urself if u want to. u glow from the inside out so make sure that u love urself first and foremost.
2. touch some grass
the internet isnt real. social media isnt real. don't take things so seriously. start arguments with strangers on ur tl and laugh about it. post whatever u want and don't look at likes. and stop doing weird shit just to get other's attention its really tacky.
3. routines and habits
if there are any goals u want to accomplish u should do it by making new habits. things cone easier if it looks like they come naturally. instead of forcing change and hurting urself, take small steps and create a new routine with new realistic habits that u know will get u closer to your goal.
4. be exclusive
ur one of a kind, believe it. don't sell urself short. don't go out with anyone, don't date anyone, and don't go to every party. if ur everywhere and with everyone what image does that give of u? if u want to be treated like a limited edition museum piece then u should start acting like it too. practice saying no.
5. be urself and live life
i can't believe i have to keep saying this, but stop it with the aesthetics discourse. u don't need an aesthetic theyre not real. trends are tacky and they move fast. u can like many things and u can wear many styles. whatever resonates with u resonates. cool girls do whatever they want, not what a random freak wearing eyeliner and gogo boots told them on tiktok.
6. be real
stop being fake and pretending. speak ur truth. who cares if some people disagree with what u have to say. im tired of everyone turning into social justice warriors online. turn off ur phone and go read a book if u cant bear other peoples opinions. have different opinions and argue about them, don't just comply to what other people say that's so not it. be real girl !!!
7. take care of yourself
ur the most important person in ur life. take care of urself and love urself the most. putting urself down with negative thoughts does nothing but hurt you. u should be ur own bestfriend. take days off, take long showers, go on shopping sprees, watch ur comfort movies, do ur hair.. treat urself like a delicate little doll who needs lots of love and caring, because u do, and u deserve it <3 love u mwah

Once you’ve looked over all those cool links, I have some general advice for you on how you can have some sort of support system going for you:
Reasons to move out of home
You may decide to leave home for many different reasons, including:
wishing to live independently
location difficulties – for example, the need to move closer to university
conflict with your parents
being asked to leave by your parents.
Issues to consider when moving out of home
It’s common to be a little unsure when you make a decision like leaving home. You may choose to move, but find that you face problems you didn’t anticipate, such as:
Unreadiness – you may find you are not quite ready to handle all the responsibilities.
Money worries – bills including rent, utilities like gas and electricity and the cost of groceries may catch you by surprise, especially if you are used to your parents providing for everything. Debt may become an issue.
Flatmate problems – issues such as paying bills on time, sharing housework equally, friends who never pay board, but stay anyway, and lifestyle incompatibilities (such as a non-drug-user flatting with a drug user) may result in hostilities and arguments.
Your parents may be worried
Think about how your parents may be feeling and talk with them if they are worried about you. Most parents want their children to be happy and independent, but they might be concerned about a lot of different things. For example:
They may worry that you are not ready.
They may be sad because they will miss you.
They may think you shouldn’t leave home until you are married or have bought a house.
They may be concerned about the people you have chosen to live with.
Reassure your parents that you will keep in touch and visit regularly. Try to leave on a positive note. Hopefully, they are happy about your plans and support your decision.
Tips for a successful move
Tips include:
Don’t make a rash decision – consider the situation carefully. Are you ready to live independently? Do you make enough money to support yourself? Are you moving out for the right reasons?
Draw up a realistic budget – don’t forget to include ‘hidden’ expenses such as the property’s security deposit or bond (usually four weeks’ rent), connection fees for utilities, and home and contents insurance.
Communicate – avoid misunderstandings, hostilities and arguments by talking openly and respectfully about your concerns with flatmates and parents. Make sure you’re open to their point of view too – getting along is a two-way street.
Keep in touch – talk to your parents about regular home visits: for example, having Sunday night dinner together every week.
Work out acceptable behaviour – if your parents don’t like your flatmate(s), find out why. It is usually the behaviour rather than the person that causes offence (for example, swearing or smoking). Out of respect for your parents, ask your flatmate(s) to be on their best behaviour when your parents visit and do the same for them.
Ask for help – if things are becoming difficult, don’t be too proud to ask your parents for help. They have a lot of life experience.
If your family home does not provide support
Not everyone who leaves home can return home or ask their parents for help in times of trouble. If you have been thrown out of home or left home to escape abuse or conflict, you may be too young or unprepared to cope.
If you are a fostered child, you will have to leave the state-care system when you turn 18, but you may not be ready to make the sudden transition to independence.
If you need support, help is available from a range of community and government organisations. Assistance includes emergency accommodation and food vouchers. If you can’t call your parents or foster parents, call one of the associations below for information, advice and assistance.

Things to remember
Try to solve any problems before you leave home. Don’t leave because of a fight or other family difficulty if you can possibly avoid it.
Draw up a realistic budget that includes ‘hidden’ expenses, such as bond, connection fees for utilities, and home and contents insurance.

Small satisfactions that my weight loss has given me in the past week: 🖤Even my face has changed. It is still round, it will always be, but it’s not chubby anymore. My dimples are more visible. I have an actual jawline and I can slightly see my cheekbones and a bit of contour. I’m also even paler than before, if possible, wich fits my aesthetic. 🖤I can feel my ribs and my hipbones. When I run an hand on my bones, I feel like I actually love my body. 🖤When I go shopping, employers look at me and say “you’re so tiny” with that little, satisfying envy. 🖤All the adults I know are all like “okay, you look much better now… but please stop. Don’t lose any more weight.” 🖤There’s this boy I like, well, he’s really really thin. And all of our friends make jokes about the fact that we’re the same size and that so maybe we should be together. 🖤My best friends always asks me if I ate, and it makes me feel important. 🖤My grandma has learnt to cook small portions for “Emma’s tiny stomach.” 🖤Last night I was out with one of my friends and she made A LOT of comments about how perfect my legs were. I remember that, two years ago, she was the small one, but now, when there was no place in the car, I was the one to sit on her lap. 🖤When I saw a girl from my class the other day, she asked me a billion questions about my weight loss, and she gave me that one particular concerned look as I just took a bite of cereal bread for lunch, while she was eathing a huge slice of chocolate cake. 🖤At a fete, a random boy patted my shoulder and told me I was cute and tried to hand me a card with his phone number. And he wasn’t making fun of me. When I said “no, thanks” with a little smile, he looked disappointed. 🖤I haven’t cried in the dressing rooms a single time. The only times I had to leave clothes I like, it was because they didn’t have sizes small enough. Because they didn’t carry an XS or because it was still a little loose. When there are one sizes, I still say “well this isn’t gonna fit”, but for the opposite reason. 🖤I was able to buy a bralette and other cute bras instead of having to get those contenitive cups for old women, the only ones who had C/D cups. 🖤Two days ago, I had an exam. When I found out I had passed it, I was with a friend of mine who always used to be the smaller one. I was really happy and I hugged her, and she lifted me effortlessly. I was pretty surprised by it. 🖤With certain types of tops, I can avoid wearing a bra, and my boobs don’t bounce uncomfortably, neither they look loose. The last time I wore a sundress without a bra, my friend didn’t even believe I wasn’t wearing one. 🖤I still don’t have a very defined thig gap (in the higher point of the thigh it is barely noticeable, just some millimeters) but I don’t have a chub rub either. Sometimes when I walk I have to stop because I think to myself “how the fuck am I walking? My thighs aren’t touching wtf, stop being clumsly and awkward” and then I remember. My thighs aren’t touching, because that’s what they do now. 🖤Even my teachers have commented my weight loss at the exam, and one of them joked that “studying had consumed me”

Soba and tofu stir-fry
kcal: 300
vegetarian/vegan
time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ounce (30g) soba noodles
½ teaspoon roasted or regular sesame oil
½ clove garlic, minced
¼ red bell pepper, chopped
3 ounces (90g) firm tofu, cubed
1 cup (130g) baby spinach leaves
1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro or basil
Directions:
Cook soba noodles, leave to drain
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add garlic to the skillet, cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add red bell pepper, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add tofu, cook and stir for 1 minute. Add spinach, cilantro, teriyaki sauce and water, cook and stir until spinach is wilted
Add soba and mix in the skillet, until it’s heated through
Usually I tend to avoid meals over or equal to 300 calories, but this one is super filling, nutritious and most importantly tasty, so I’m really glad I decided to try it out 🌸
