“Oh, yeah, that thing.. Sorry, yeah, I completely forgot… What was it again exactly?”
Isak smiled. “Don’t worry about it, sis.” he said. “My suit, you would pick up my suit. But it’s ok. I know what a dreamer you can be sometimes.”

“No problem,” Meg smiled, shrugging and explaining, “I wasn’t going to drink it anyways– it wasn’t what I ordered, but I didn’t want to get the barista in trouble.”
“How kind of you.” he said. He didn’t often see that kindness with humans. Most of them were selfish. “What’s your name?” he wondered.
Tatyana & Isak | Flashback | if the sky comes falling down
“More than you can imagine,” she confirmed, knowing that it would truly amaze Isak if he were to know how many types of people there truly were outside of their Bulgarian village. His plead was too much for her, but with everything that had happened to him, she knew that she wouldn’t be able to leave him behind. At the same time, she knew that she couldn’t stay here. It was too much, and there were far too many memories in this place. Still, she couldn’t help but wonder if such an act would be wrong for her brother, “What would that do to you though?” she questioned, “What about starting a life of your own?” If he was traveling with her, she doubted that it would be possible.
“We would be together.” he said as if confused. “We’re the only family we have left, doesn’t that mean anything to you?” he asked her, not completely understand. “A life of my own? I’ve been on my own for the past few months. What has that brought me? It’s not like I’m asking you to spend eternity together. Sure, if I find someone I like and I were to have children I could settle down. But what would that be worth if I have no family to share it with?” He didn’t understand why she seemed to be so rejecting towards him.
Let’s just say it was a lucky guess,” the woman said with a halfhearted smirk. If his scent wasn’t a dead giveaway, his actions were; he seemed like a fish out a water, and his valiant effort to blend in and enjoy himself told her that he wasn’t too stubborn or bullheaded–at least when it came to social gatherings. “Sure,” Sarah allowed, “I could do that. Or, you could tell me more about yourself and why you seem to be such a homebody.”
The girl continued to amuse him. “How about we combine the two?” he asked her. “You come with me for a swim and in the mean while I could answer a few questions you have and tell you more about myself..” he suggested.

Nathan nodded, his curiosity only growing as Isak continued to talk. He wanted to know more, as far as he was aware Isak was something completely unique. A marvel of magic unlike anything Nathan had seen before. “No,” Nathan shook his head, a hint of regret in his tone. “I can feel the spell, and it’s too strong to be just one warlock. No matter how powerful they were,” he explained, sure Isak didn’t know much about magic. “Otherwise, I can’t tell much from just a touch. A feeling, but nothing specific enough to tell you anything you don’t already know.”
Isak nodded in understandment. “I see.” he said. “Is there a way you could find out?” he asked him while looking at the young boy. “And most importantly, is there a way the spell could be reversed? Or am I free to live my life as I once did?” he wondered, it being the main question he had.
Christian & Isak | Heathens
Christian was intrigued by the fact that a vampire as old as the one that had contacted him was even around. He was curious as to why the other would request his presence. Either way he would accommodate the old one and see what he wanted, or was it that he needed something. As he walked into the bar he looked around for the vampire, although there were many in this bar, he could feel the older one and began to walk towards him. Christian had bowed his head out of respect for the other, “Thank you for reaching out.” he said to the other man.
Isak was very keen on proper manners and the fact that this warlock showed him a subtle, yet clear bow of his head out of respect made Isak take a liking to this man instantly. “Let me buy you a drink.” Isak offered while waving his hand briefly to the bartender. “What will you have?” he asked. “I’ve been in contact with your friend, Nathan. He has helped me with some personaly matters but I would very much like a second opinion. That’s why I’ve called you here.” he began to explain, keeping it vague on purpose. He first wanted to see how the warlock would respond on this information. If it would be positive he would be able to continue his story.
Isak & Antonia | Red velvet
Covering his lips with the red lifeline, Antonia perked up when he began to speak again to her. Wondering what he wanted still, the vampire let her hand fall away as she stared into his eyes, a soft grin pulling at her lips as she could feel his breath for how close they held each other. The proximity only felt natural after the evening they had already spent torturing the two souls that lay at Antonia’s side, all but forgotten about. At his question, she nearly broke out into a laugh before stealing another kiss at his lips. “I’d do anything Isak.” She whispered sensitively, her lips brushing over his. “The world is our taking. All we have to do is act on our instincts.”
He smiled at her. “Perfect.” he answered. “You, miss Moreno, have been saying and doing all the right things tonight.” he said in a more relaxed tone than she had heard from him tonight. “I’m sure you and I will get along great in the future.” he told her and pressed his lips on her once more and made she sure she didn’t leave his place til late that night.

The rush off magic across his skin when their hands touched was familiar, and Nathan let himself smile. He could tell a lot about Isak just from the touch, his own magic prodding curiously back. There was something dark, an aura of death stronger than the one normally surrounding vampires, though Nathan wasn’t sure he would have noticed if he hadn’t known to look for it. Isak certainly wasn’t lying, Nathan had no doubt now that he had been brought back, somehow. He drew his hand back slowly, frowning a little in contemplation. “I could feel the spell. Powerful magic, this was more than one person, wasn’t it?”
As Nathan showed a slight smile Isak relaxed a bit. He knew what was inside his heart or rather what was missing from it and the fact that the warlock reacted on something so dark in a positive manner only made him feel more drawn to him. “You’re right.” he said. “I know the identity of one warlock.” he told Nathan. “My sister has kept the other one a secret from me. Is that something you can sense my touch? Or would that take more?” he wondered.
Tatyana & Isak | Flashback | if the sky comes falling down
“Well…” she considered her words in her head quickly before deciding on something that she figured would satisfy her brother’s curiosity, “You always meet odd people when you travel,” she explained, “There are so many people out there that are so different than us.” If she was being realistic, she was quite different from her brother now too, “Even just meeting others feels like an adventure in itself.” She nodded once when Isak explained that he was no longer a child, “I know that,” she reassured, “I can tell. It’s just something that will take me a few moments to adjust to.”
“So you met many people then?” he asked her. He listened to her almost breathlessly, even when she wasn’t actually telling him much. “Sister....” he said while taking her hands. “Please, promise me to take me with you on your next adventure. I can’t stay here. I can’t die here like the rest of them.” he said. “And I can’t live her either. This is no life. Take me with you, where ever you plan to go.”
Christian & Isak | Heathens
Isak had been searching for all the ‘right’ warlocks/witches in this city. And soon he figured out there was a certain ‘clan’ of them, ones that were involved in the darker kinds of magic. He had already spoken to Nathan about his situation and was in need of a second opinion. But even more in need of friends he could trust. And how better than to build that with the most powerful warlocks in the city. “Thank you for coming.” he told him once he arrived.

Isak & Antonia | Red velvet
With the dying girl nearly gasping for breath in the silence as she had been ordered to do so, Antonia smirked back up, happy to know that Isak wasn’t restraining her like so many before him had tried. There was always the constant nagging that she couldn’t kill anyone, even when all she wanted was to feel their last breaths leave their body and their lives being ended. She wanted to be there for that, and see the blood continue to run out of the gash she had made in the girl’s stomach, Antonia turned up to see Isak get closer and she placed a bloody hand on his face, smearing the blood over his cheek to fill the room with it’s copper scent as she kissed back. Pulling away, she took the same hand to place the finger on his lips, teasing him with the blood.
He could smell the blood she smeared on his cheek. As their kiss broke he looked at her with a certain hunger in his eyes. He let his tongue run over the blood covered finger she put in his lips. “Tell me, miss Moreno,” he said in a low voice. “How far would you go to take over the world?” It was almost a rethorical question as their faces remained closed and their noses could still touch. If he could add her to his plan of taking over this city he was sure she would prove to be most useful. They could destroy it from the inside out and take over and even though in the end he wouldn’t want to share that power with anyone, that was something she didn’t have to know right now.
Isak & Alexandra | I started a joke
It had taken Isak a few days to drain all the vervain out of Alexandra’s system. But Isak was a patient man and it had been quite enjoyable for him to drain her blood just enough every time so it wouldn’t kill her. Werewolves healed quickly too after all. She was his favorite little play thing at the moment and nobody seemed to miss her. Which was good because that meant the mind games he played with her would only have so much more effect. He needed her to depend on him completely, even when he was abusive towards her. So that when he would let her loose in the world again she would do anything he desired of her. She would have a way in with the werewolves, she would be able to report activites he wouldn’t been able to witness. And it would be the first of many steps of making this city his own.
Besides that, it was also just plain fun to have a little project to be working on. He was alone in this big house most of the time. He wasn’t talking to his sister and he didn’t really know anyone here. He enjoyed her whimpers of pain, pain he was inflicting but yet he always spoke to her in such a soft loving manner as if he was doing her a favor with it all. Like he genuinely cared for her even though he tortured her. It was all part of the game. If his sister could only see him now. “Hush, hush...” Isak told the girl while stroking her face. “It’s almost over.” he promised her, even though it was just the beginning.
@alexandra--jackson
“A raging pool party filled with supernaturals in New York?” she queried. “There’s really no set laws on behavior.” A lot of things were common sense that she hoped everyone possessed, but she could never be too sure. “Don’t be an ass and don’t pick fights–it’s a party, after all, and I would honestly hate to have it ruined. Enjoy yourself. Have a drink, take a swim… It’s generally just a place and time to just relax.” Sarah glanced at him, then murmured, “You don’t get out much, do you, Isak?”
“That sounds like something I can do.” he nodded. He wasn’t the type to get into fights. Enjoying himself and having a drink and let down his guard seemed to be a little more difficult. “What gave me away?” he asked her a with an amused smile. “In that case, maybe you could take a swim with me then?” he offered.
Isak & Antonia | Red velvet
“Exactly.” She added with a scowl, letting their noses nearly touch, as she was basically crawling across the arm of the chair by then. Her breath a little heavier, she blinked at him, searching his eyes for anything that might have proven to her that he was even ready for her, and if not, who cared? She wanted him. A soft rumble escaped her throat before he turned his head, and showed so obviously that this wasn’t what he wanted. With the girl handed over by the length of her hair, Antonia lifted a brow and took over the grasp at her hair to pull her over to her side of her couch. “The most painful manner?” She asked for clarification before grinning eagerly. Then, without hesitation, she quickly dug her hand into the belly of the girl, ramming it into her stomach then pulling back out so the girl could slowly bleed out. With that, Antonia looked over the girl, a devilish smiling pulling at her lips with the girl choking for breath. Antonia’s hand was covered in blood, but that didn’t stop her from then proceeded to quickly take the girl’s arm and yanking it out of place, dislocating her shoulder and then breaking the opposite arm’s wrist with a quick twist. In another sped up fashion, she jammed her elbow into the girl’s femur, fracturing it in the harsh fashion. And with every passing second, the girl’s screams grew louder, echoing through the place. “You wanted painful, I give you painful.” Antonia uttered before looking at the girl’s eyes and compelling her. “Don’t make another sound.”
Isak was pleasantly surprised by the next turn of events. He had expected hesitation, maybe even a complaint but instead she gave it her all and actually impressed him. Isak watched the little show while sipping his wine calmly, not taking his eyes away from the scene once, like he was watching nothing more but a play instead of the gruesome murder of an innocent girl. The screams filled his ears and he was taken by them as if they were a beautiful symphony. He briefly licked his lips as if he could taste the blood that was being spilled. The woman in front of him was ruthless and he loved it. The pain of the girl made him feel alive in the parts he still thought himself to be dead after his return. Once Antonia had ordered the girl to not make another sound, the sounds being the part he enjoyed the most, Isak realized that this was the moment to do where the entirer evening had been leading to. He moved forward not even paying attention to the mutilated, dying girl beneath them. Then he took Antonia’s head in his hands with and unexpectedly fierce grip and kissed her passionately.

She stared at him, affectionately and giving off a slight grin, before rolling her eyes at Isak. It seemed rather childish of her to want to say she still believed in happiness, at least her own, but, then again, she knew how disappointing people could be all the same. “Power.” She repeated back to him, a short coursing laughter taking over. “That does sound nice.” Antonia offered up, leaning closer over the couch arm and looking back into Isak’s eyes. The thought of being in complete control was enticing, and definitely something she could see herself aiming for. After all that she had done already, there was so much more she could still do with the kind of dominating power he spoke of. She nearly lost her sight at his deep words before being pulled back in at his question. “I want the world in my hands and to watch it burn.” She answered slowly, a slight heaving at the thought. “This power you’re talking about— I want people begging for my mercy.” Her tone dripped with confidence as she closed the space between them. “I want everything.”
He looked at the much younger vampire in front of him. Perhaps she would prove herself to be useful for his plans for this city. She certainly looked and sounded like she was up for the task. “And build a new one from it’s ashes.” he agreed. He looked at her, almost amused, as there was almost now space left between them and their noses were practically touching. Then he turned away as if he had everything he needed to know. “If you truly mean what you’re saying, the show me something.” he then said, while handing his girl over to her by lifting her up by her hair once more. “Show me how you kill someone in the most painful manner as possible.” he then challenged her, as if he was offering her a test. “Impress me.”

Nathan’s expression didn’t change for the moment, waiting for Isak to finish before he let himself react to the request. His mind was already whirling with the possibilities, all the more intrigued as Isak continued to speak. “I think so. And it’s an interesting position to be in, I understand why you’d want to talk to me,” he nodded, trying to keep the sheer glee out of his voice. If what Isak said was true and he was from beyond death, then he would be the result of some utterly fascinating magic. Smiling, Nathan held out his hand to Isak. “May I?” He requested, knowing he could get much more information from touch than just looking.
Isak gave a short nod, pleased with the reaction of the young warlock. The boy even seemed to have a certain excitement about the whole thing. He watch his extended hand and then slowly but surely put his own in his. He could feel something the moment their skin connected, it was hard to describe the feeling and he wondered if Nathan felt it too. He watched his face intensely, to make sure he wouldn’t iss a single expression or emotion that could tell him anything. “And?” he asked, curious to what such a short interaction would tell the warlock.
Tatyana & Isak | Flashback | if the sky comes falling down
“I had some,” she decided to reply, thinking over her words before speaking. Tatyana had never decided if she was going to tell Isak what had happened to her or not, and now with their entire family being dead, it just seemed to complicate things even more. “I went south, towards Istanbul,” she explained, unsure if Isak was really even aware of the city. He had grown so much since she had left, “You’ve gotten so much older,” she admitted, stating the obvious as she tried to drift momentarily away from what had happened to her while she was away.
“What kind?” he asked her, wanting more details than that. “Istanbul.” he repeated, as if it was a land of magic. What he wouldn’t give to travel like his siter. “Well, you’ve been a way for a long time. I’m not a boy anymore.” he reminded her. And he didn’t want her to treat him like a boy either. He was a grown man now, he could take whatever she had to tell him about her time away.
