First time

One thing that I had learned about Chester from our time together, was that his feelings were never truly hidden.

They were always there. Revealed by a subtle quirk of his lips, an imperceptible twitch in his hands, or maybe, simply by his words.

I could tell there was something different about the way he cuddled with me lately.

We have been dating for almost 3 weeks now, but today, the air was heavier, filled with a subtle tension, and I had a feeling I knew what it meant.

He was sat by my side, mindlessly rubbing my waist. The light from the TV reflected in his glasses, showing scenes of the latest show I convinced him to watch with me, but his mind wasn't in it. It was far away. Lost in thoughts.

"What's wrong?" My voice broke our comfortable silence.

My head tilted up to look up at his lovely furrowed brows, ones that softened in an instant when his eyes met mine. He looked surprised, as if he hadn't even noticed himself that he was caught up in such a state.

"It's just…" he decided to to press his head on my shoulders and delivers his words with a mumble against my skin, "I really, really adore you."

"… and I adore you too, Chester."

My fingers slid along the silky strands of his hair, parting them away reveal his blushing face that he wanted so badly to hide from me.

"I know that now…"

His sweet, satisfied smile was now plain for me to see when his eyes gazed up at me. With that, he pulled me harder against his side, as if to reassure himself of his claim of me.

He was acting very coy for a man of his size. It was impossible to sit back and watch as he tried to contain himself. With an effort to conceal my smile, I leaned back, pretending to pull away from him. "Hmm… I get it… you want to do it another day?"

"No!" he said in a beat, with no hesitation.

After he noticed what I had done, his face changed from surprise to embarrassment before he buried it right back against my shoulders. The warmth emanating from it being the first proof that I was correct with my suspicions. "You… you caught me…" >> Keep reading on patreon!

I've come to realize Chester is just a in the closet simp until he's either in a 'au' version of himself or he finally admits his feeling.......hmm ever heard of the Freak Circus? If you have how'd you think Chester would react with Pierrot being equally obsessed but just more freaky and dangerous.

I usually draw end game chester more because its more interesting from a story telling perspective is all. canon chester is a simp too, he is just more embarassed about it at the start

How far along is Gentle Fall?

well, visually 90% and story wise, chapter 1 is now at 20%-ish instead of 50% because i've decided to divide the story into 4 chapters (and to rewrite chapter 1) (currently at uhhh idk 5k words?) also it having only 4 chapters doesn't mean it will have less content, it's just the way i decided to divide it. i like the number 4 :3 you can also check the devlog in my patreon, i put up a checklist i need to complete to release a preview version of the updates i made currently i only need to complete 4 things from there

Something I always find more impactful when writing smut is doing something to a character >>> character doing something to reader

I think Chester is a good fit too for a guy that you can get to really fall apart, drooling, shaking, etc with little effort :)
