there is a rule that you can't like my posts if your url is better than mine and you're breaking it
Having experienced both, I am not sure which is worse: intense feeling, or the absence of it.

i'm really jealous of boys who can pass as boys even with long hair, i struggle with passing even with short hair and it's. really sad.

This has to be the most beautiful celebration on the planet.
#yay #pictures of the ACTUAL FESTIVAL instead of pictures of a bunch of white kids acting like it’s an extension of warped tour

Bruce Jackson’s Inside the Wire
“Inside the Wire comprises photographs I took in two southern prison systems - Texas and Arkansas - from 1964 through 1979… The book is about a prison culture that is a direct descendant of the nineteenth-century slave plantation, a culture that still exists.”

This is a summary of college only using two pictures; expensive as hell.
That’s my Sociology “book”. In fact what it is is a piece of paper with codes written on it to allow me to access an electronic version of a book. I was told by my professor that I could not buy any other paperback version, or use another code, so I was left with no option other than buying a piece of paper for over $200. Best part about all this is my professor wrote the books; there’s something hilariously sadistic about that. So I pretty much doled out $200 for a current edition of an online textbook that is no different than an older, paperback edition of the same book for $5; yeah, I checked. My mistake for listening to my professor.
This is why we download.

Spreading this shit like nutella because goddamn textbooks are so expensive.
not necessarily art related but as someone who couldn’t afford their textbooks this semester this is a godsend
REBLOGGING because after a little digging, I found my $200 textbook for free in PDF form.
friendly reminder that this exists since I know we’re all going back to college soon

"There are many different tribal dialects spoken in Uganda." "What tribe did you descend from?" "I’m half Alur, and half Lugbara. Both tribes settled along the West Nile in Uganda. The Alur are found in the Congo as well." "Can you tell me something The Alur are known for?" "Our men are very brave. Though their egos could use a little work."
