It happened by accident

The kiss was initiated by Reimu herself

Her first kiss was with a human, someone outisde of Gensokyo

Reimu's first kiss took place inside the shrine

At the end of the kiss she didn't want to look flustered, but it happened, and the person who kissed her realized, something not amusing for her

Despite her blasé attitude to most people she meets, she's actually a hopeless romantic

After that event, she hasn't really kissed often again

Marisa's first kiss was initiated out of boredom

I imagine it would be quite a chaotic affair, considering her impulsive personality

Her first kiss was with a youkai

Given her tendency to "borrow" from others, her first kiss could have been a mischievous act of "borrowing" a smooch from a youkai

It was kinda sloppy

The youkai was left a bit embarrased and flustered

Marisa found their reaction cute, and before they could react, she quickly pecked them on the cheek

After the kiss she would probably try to act nonchalant and play it
