Okay man.
The brass section is here
No one is watching you as much as you think they are. No one cares if you're biking alone, playing basketball by yourself, or sitting by a river with a blanket and a book. What actually matters is how those things make you feel. Do they bring you peace? Do they make you happy? Thatâs what counts. Not some random strangerâs opinion that wonât even last ten seconds. think again
be free, no one cares that much.

i've never actually watched a full episode of house md, but based on what i have seen in clips, i fully believe this happened
Write trashy poems, make garbage art, sing off-tune, dance disgracefully, make wonky pottery, take bad pictures, act terribly, design horrid things, write raucous melodies. The world won't stop moving if you make "hideous" art, but keep repressing your innate human instinct to create, and your soul might. You're worth so much more than that.

more things influence our mood than we think. the littlest things like not making our bed, being around certain people, seeing things that normalize bad coping mechanisms on social media, listening to a song that triggers negative emotions, checking someone who shouldnât be in your life anymore, obsessing over thoughts that make you feel unworthy or anxiousâŚitâs time to stay closer to things that make us feel warm and happy and removing (or distancing ourselves) from things that make us feel sad at night
