LOOK this is rarepair hell height of indulgence but i just think it would be very fun and also very hot if Tim got into an inappropriate relationship with his silver fox boss.

Dan has already proven an affinity for taking a shine to "problem child" subordinates (see his whole deal with Raylan) so why can't a post powder keg blown Tim also transfer to Miami and be Dan's new favorite boy he works on trying to improve or failing that protect at least 🖤

Tim has so many daddy issues and I think extremely older man male authority figure Dan would help with that you know what I'm saying??

Bonus side of givenson: I think it would cause new daddy Raylan still smarting over his fallout with Art to take extreme psychic damage to see himself replaced as Dan's golden child AND learn Dan's fucking Tim ... when Raylan may or may not have at one point also fucked Tim and called "boy" in bed back in Kentucky. Imagine Raylan having to balance learning how to be a literal dad while at the same time he has to watch Dan and Tim strike up an after office hours arrangement.
