Deliciously scrummy
Sliced fresh strawberry and banana with low fat natural yoghurt and a spoonful of honey
Orange juice, grapefruit juice, low fat natural yoghurt, fresh strawberry and red seedless grapes
Smoothie day 2...
Mixed Berry Smoothie
¾ cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup greek yogurt
a little bit of milk
½ cup ice
This made a lot, but every last sip of it was delicious!
One of my favourites for easing hypertension

Cranberry Pomegranate Orange Smoothie
¾ cup Cranberry Pomegranate juice
half of an orange
¾ cup ice
This one turned out a little watery and there’s a lot more pulp from the orange than I expected, but the flavors are fantastic :)

Slow cooker - lamb steak(0.33g), shallot, green pepper, basil, mixed herbs, 2tsp bsto gravy(2g), 300mls water; cooked on high for 4hrs, 4tsps cornflour to thicken at end of cooking. Green peppers didn't belong in this dish. Exercise today, 18 holes pitch an putt

Day 5
No exercise today. Porridge, yoghurt, fruit and orange juice - not much salt there. Lunch, subway chicken and cheese on Italian herb an cheese bread - how bad was that, at least 1.5gs of salt. Tea, 2 Dutch crispbakes with cottage cheese and 2 with lrpack and strawberry jam - not much salt there. Tonight - Dr. Who on t.v.
Day 4
Wetabix (wholegrain not much salt) this morning, did my 1.5miles in 30 mins walking to and from fruit and veg shop. Usual smoothie and snacked on unsalted popcorn(wholegrain) Jacket potato(potassium) wrapped in tin foil in oven, 2.5hrs gas mark 5, cottage cheese, fresh spring onion and shallot. Oh and grze afternoon tea with 3 chocolate digestives, biccies had some salt but not much. 😊
