I am currently on a transformation journey. I am finding myself again, my true authentic self.
I used to wallow in my own sadness, not even knowing wtf I was even sad about sometimes. Then I realized, I needed to change my mindset.
I needed to change my way of thinking.
I deleted all my social media. Started making daily positive affirmations and kept a gratitude journal. I stopped telling myself how miserable I was and instead kept telling myself “I am happy and at peace.”
I’ve noticed that I am much kinder to people, I am friendlier, I am much more confident talking to people (I used to have terrible social anxiety)
My whole well being is just in a much better state. I am so grateful for this transformation!!

Gratitude is the highest vibrational emotion you can feel.
You can always turn a negative emotion around by thinking about what you are grateful for.
Try it the next time you are sad, scared, stressed, or angry.
Once you realize it could be much worse, you shift to a state of gratitude and your energy changes.
Feeling gratitude will attract more good things in your life for you to be thankful for.
