2018
It’s now 2018 and I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a fab new year, as it’s the new year you’re always hearing about new year’s resolutions and weather people have stuck to them or not. I know people who don’t think twice about new years resolutions or setting goals for the year, but there are also a lot of people who love to write down and have a clear focus on what they’d like to achieve this year. I’m defiantly a big believer on, if you want to start something or work towards a goal you want to achieve any-day is a great way to start, even if it is a Sunday.
This year though I decided to sit down and really focus on how I wanted this year to more productive and more memorable than the rest, I didn’t sit down and write a bunch oif unrealistic things that probably wouldn’t end up happening, because I feel like people can get disheartend when they set goals like that but end up not knowing how to achieve them. I go through a lot of mental struggle on a daily basis and doing the most simplest things can become a struggle, so I decided to set a few goals to help me step out of my comfort zone, let my mind be more free and expand my knowledge.
Goals For 2018
Say YES to more opportunities I want to experience
The amount of places I could of gone or people I could pf spent time with, but didn’t because my thoughts were telling me I couldn’t do it, the list is huge, These past few months though I’ve realized it’s better to fail than to nor try at all, at least your making memories and going out and experiencing life.
Study more on Health and Fitness
Last year I really got into learning about fitness and clean eating, I still feel like there’s so much more for me to learn, so I’m defiantly going to be looking a lot more into that.
Go to a new café every month
This one probably seems a bit pointless to most people, but cafes are one of my favourite places to go, but I tend to stick to the same ones as I know the people and the area, going to a different one every month lets me find new places I love and meet new people and sometimes it’s just nice to have a change of scenery.
So theres a few goals I’ve set myself this year, i’ve got a couple more, but we don’t need this post to be too long right? I really hope 2018 is full of everything you’d love it to be, of course you cant plan things out, because life can throw some crazy stuff at you when you least expect it, but keep going, it will all work it’s self out, just keep your mind set on what’s important.

Rudolph Cupcakes
IT’S NEARLY CHRISTMAS. Christmas is so soon and this month has been filled with Christmas movies and songs, and of course baking, I love it all year round but at Christmas, it always feels more special. A couple of days ago, I baked these, what I think are really cute cupcakes. At first I wasn’t sure how they were going to turn out but I loved the end result and they actually were a lot easier than I thought they would be.
Rudolph Cupcakes
Ingredients:
For The Cupcakes
110g Butter
110g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Extract
110g Self-Rising Flour
1-2tbsp Milk
For The Frosting
180g Butter
240g Icing Sugar
100g Milk Chocolate
For Decoration
CurlyWurlies
Red M&M’s
Candy Eyes
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4 and line with your cake cases
Mix together the butter and sugar in a bowl until pale. Stir in the eggs a one at a time and add in the vanilla extract.
Pour in the flour adding a little milk until the mixture is of a dropping consistency. Spoon the mixture into the cake cases until they are half full.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden-brown on top
Once out of the oven leave to cool down completely
For The Icing:
Beat the butter in a bowl until creamy and a little bit at a time start stirring in the icing sugar
Add milk if needed, the mixture should be smooth and creamy
Melt 100g milk chocolate band add to you icing, stirring well
Once you Cupcakes are cooled down spoon your icing on to the cakes, making sure to fill the surface
Cut two chunks of the CurlyWurly and stick them on either side of the Cupcake representing the antlers
Now place two candy eyes underneath and in-between the “antlers”
Finish off using a red M&M as the nose
I think this is such a cute idea and it’s a lot of fun to make so don’t forget to let me know if you recreate them.

My Night-time Routine
Hey babes, a couple of months ago, near when I first started this blog I told you guys my morning routine, you can read it here if you like
So it feels right that after all this time I should write my night-time routine.
Now it’s December in the evening I like to get cosy and relax,
When it starts getting late I like to curl up in a blanket and read a book, I’m currently reading; what’s a girl gotta do?’ by Holly Bourne. The book is based around feminism, but also entails friendships, relationships, and choices you have to make after school, I’m really enjoying it, and I’m near the end now
The first thing I do is take my make up off and start my skin care routine, the products I use in order are:
Garnier - cleansing water
Nivea - cleansing wipes
ClearSkin – invigorating scrub
Clean and Clear – cream wash
Avon care – moisturiser
ClearSkin – overnight spot treatment
Vaseline – lip therapy - rose and almond oil

After all that’s done it’s about 9:00pm, I grab a big cosy blanket, light a candle and get into bed and 9 times out of ten I’ll watch some YouTube, my favourite ones to watch at the moment are, Kristen McGowan, Dolan Twins, Bobby Mares and Kian and Jc.
I normally watch YouTube for an hour so I turn my laptop off at roughly 10:00pm and by that time I’m normally getting tired, So I get comfy in bed and because I share a bedroom with my little sister so once I’m cosy in bed me and my sister have a little chat about what we did that day and anything that’s happened and by the time we’ve finished chatting it’s usually 10:15/10:30pm, so I set my alarm for the morning and go to sleep.

Life Update
Hey babes, I hope life’s treating you well, if life isn’t going to great right now, just keep going babes, things will get better with time, I promise.
It’s been a while since I last uploaded a post updating you guys about what’s been going on in my life, and seeing as something very exiting happened this week, it just felt right to let you guys know what’s been going on recently.
The first thing I want to talk about which is making me so happy just thinking about it, is that my baby niece Phoebe was born, it feels like I’ve been waiting forever to meet this little one. I was lucky enough to be at the birth, which was a lot more complicated than expected, but I’m so thankful I got to see phoebe come into the world. I was the first person my sister told when she found out she was pregnant, and obviously at the time we didn’t know whether she was having a girl or a boy, it didn’t feel right to just keep calling her ‘it’ so I named her peaches. Now I’m finally able to hold my little peaches in my arms my heart is so full of love.
It’s now December, which means it’s officially Christmas time, I couldn’t be happier that it’s this time of the year again. We are currently in the middle of putting up the Christmas decorations, it feels like I’ve been waiting forever (I’ve had them out the attic for 2 weeks). Putting up the decorations is one of my favourite things to do in December, we have a tradition of putting on the Polar express while we decorate the tree, and it’s probably the one day I look forward to the most.
I’m also doing Vlogmas over on my YouTube channel, which is delayed at the moment because things are a bit hectic, but I’ll be uploading as soon as possible, so if you’d like to see what I get up to in December, and see how the Christmas decorating turned out, you can subscribe to my channel here

The last thing I want to mention, that happened quite a while ago, and if you follow me on my social media you’ll know, but my cat had kittens. We have Milo, Keanu, Bageria and Blue, all girls. Sadly Milo didn’t make it, we had her for 2 weeks but eventually after a few visits to the vets we had to put her down, but it’s for the best. The other three seem to be growing up so fast, and getting into all sorts of mischief. Now with Phoebe being born it was too much of a risk to have the kittens around her so we sadly had to give them away, they all went together to a lovely little family, I do miss them, but there together, so that makes me feel better.
Well that’s all I’ve got for today, I thought I’d just update you on a few things that are happening/have happened, if I talked about everything, you’d be here for a while, but for now I’m in a good place and I’m happy, which I am very thankful for.

3 Healthy Breakfast Ideas
Hey my loves, I hope you’re all doing well, this week I’m going to be sharing with you my three go-to healthy breakfast ideas. I don’t know about you but breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and if you have a nice healthy filling meal in the morning it gets you ready for the rest of the day.
1: Banana Cinnamon Crepes
Ingredients;
75g Oats
1 Tsp Cinnamon
½ Chopped Banana
125ml Plant based milk of your choice (I use almond milk)
1 egg
Method:
Blend your flour and cinnamon together
Add the banana, milk and egg and blend until smooth
Heat up a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat and add your mixture
Cook on each side for about 2 minutes
Once cooked place on your plate and add topping of your choice
2: Poached egg and avocado on wholemeal toast
Ingredients:
1 egg
½ Avocado
1 Slice of wholemeal bread
Salt + Pepper
Sesame seeds
Method:
Fill up a small saucepan with water and place on a high heat and bring to boil
Meanwhile place your bread in the toaster
When the water is boiling turn down to a medium heat and crack your egg into the water
Let the egg cook for roughly a minute
Once the egg is coked to the saucepan of the heat and take the toast out of the toaster and place on your plate
Take your avocado and spread it over your toast and add the egg on top
Finally sprinkle salt + pepper over the top and then add sesame seeds
3: Chocolate Oatmeal
Ingredients;
75g Plain Oatmeal
½ Tbsp Cocoa
Honey
Peanut Butter
Chia Seeds
Almonds
Coconut
Flax seeds
Method:
Make your oatmeal following the instructions on your choice of brand, making sure to add in the cocoa powder – you may need to add a little extra milk/water
Once the oatmeal is ready place in your bowl and add all the toppings
Easy as that, enjoy

Choc Chip, Peanut Butter, Chickpea Cookie
Hey lovelies, I hope everything is going well and if you’ve got troubles at the moment keep going and take each day as it comes, time will heal the pain you’re going through.
This week I’m going to share another recipe with you guys, Choc Chip, Peanut Butter, Chickpea Cookies, they are my all-time favourite snack and so simple and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 can Chickpeas
2 Tbsp Peanut butter
1 Tbsp Honey
Handful Dark choc chips
1 Tsp Granulated sweetener of your choice
Method:
Reheat oven to 180 degrees
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Add your chickpeas to a blender and blend until they are all broken down
Add your peanut butter and honey to the chickpeas and blend until smooth
Transfer mixture into a bowl
Mix in your chosen sweetener and choc chips
Taking small handfuls of the mixture roll into balls and place on a baking tray and gently flatten
Bake in the oven for 15/20 minutes
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and get ready to sit down with a cuppa and a cookie

How I Relax
Hey babes, I hope life’s giving you something to smile about, if things are tough find one thing that makes you happy anything at all and hold on to it mentally, because it will help you through, I promise.
It’s November now which means it gets darker earlier which for me means cosy mornings, and it gets lighter later which makes me want to just stay in bed when really I should be getting up. It’s also so cold in the UK at the moment, and if you get super cold like me, cosy blankets, a dressing gown and a hot water bottle will be a life saver trust me.
So in today’s blog post I’m going to share with you guys how I relax and share a few tips that might help you. Relaxing is something I can find quite difficult as my mind is always on the go and trying to get things done, which means not leaving much time for me to just chill out and rest. One thing I love about the end of the year though is that I feel so much cosier and I always try to take time out to relax and get cosy. So here a few tips and some things I do to relax.
One of my favourite ways to relax and take some time to myself is to read, for me there’s nothing better than getting a tea, a blanket, a good book and lighting some candles and cosying up to get ready to loose myself in a book. One thing I love about reading is that it takes my mind off everything I was overthinking about before and I get to just focus on the story.
Something I love to do when I have a lot on my mind and I feel like everything’s getting too much is to get a blanket, go into my backyard, in the evening/night and look at the stars, it’s one of my favourite things to do to clear my mind.
A movie and a blanket, you can’t go wrong there can you? If you have some time free why not stick you favourite movie on and grab a blanket, get cosy on the sofa and just chill out and watch the movie. It’s such a simple, easy and cosy way to relax.
So there three of my favourite ways to relax and take time to myself. If you’re looking for something easy and quick to help relax you if you’re busy, here’s a few tips.
1. Take some time off social media/technology
2. Find a hobby that you love and take time to do that
3. Have a warm drink
4. Take a break a lie down for a few minutes
5. Draw/colour (this can help a lot with stress)
Some ways help other relax more, you just need to find what’s right for you, I hope this gave you a few ideas on ways to relax at one of the busiest times of the year.

Tips to stay Active and Healthy
Hey you lovely bunch, I hope life’s treating you well, but if things are rough right now, just hang in there and take one day at a time things will be okay, just take small steps.
So today I’m writing about staying active, I’m not going to sit here and tell you guys that you need to eat clean 100% of the time and do long intense workouts every day of the week, because if you do that you’re less likely to stick at it, and you’ll hardly have any time to enjoy and live your life to the full. Staying active can be super easy and you don’t need to be an expert on nutrition and training, it can be as simple as walking to the supermarket instead of driving. So I’ve got a few easy tips to find small ways to give yourself a more active and healthier lifestyle.
Disclaimer: I am in no way a professional trainer/nutritionist, I’ve spent years learning about this topic and what works for me, these are just some tips I found helpful and might work for you.
Tip 1: Walk instead of drive
Walking is such a simple way to get some exercise into your day and it’s great for clearing you mind and getting some fresh air. So if you’re going to the supermarket or going to visit a friend/family member and it’s a route you’re able to walk, instead of driving or taking a bus, leave your house a little earlier and walk.
Tip 2: Bring your own lunch
Whether you’re at school or work and you’re trying to start eating healthier an easy way to keep on track is to take your own lunch, by doing this you can choose a healthy option and you know what’s going into your food, whereas if you by your lunch at a canteen or go and get pre-made food at a shop it’s more likely to contain a lot more unhealthy sugars and fats. Plus if you bring a lunch from home it saves money and gives you a little more time for your lunch break, as you’re not having to que up.
Tip 3: Early night – Early start
You’re not always going to be able to get an early night and someday you might be too tired to get up early, which is totally fine, your body needs rest, so listen to it when it’s telling you to just relax for a while. But an early night and an early start, means you get a good amount of sleep, so you’re likely to wake up feeling re-energized. Having more time in the morning means you don’t have to rush around getting ready for the day, you can take your time in the morning to set goals you’d like to complete that day, make a nice healthy breakfast, or even get in a workout.
Tip 4: Try new recipes
Healthy eating isn’t just salads and vegetables, there’s so many meals you can create that are so tasty, so why not take some time out to go online or get some recipe books and find some new healthy recipes you’d like to try out. Also trying new foods and not having the same meals all the time means you’re less likely to go off track because you’re not getting bored of the food you’re eating and you’re always trying out new things.
Tip 5: Switch your drinks
Everyone deserves a glass of their favourite drink every now and then, but if you’re drinking 3 glasses of it a day or even 1 – 2, depending on what the drink is, it may not be the best for your body. Sometimes people focus mainly on the eating that they forget drinks can hold a lot of sugar. So cutting down on your favourite drink, fizz/coffee/alcohol/hot chocolate could make a difference, but of course make sure you treat yourself to one every so often..
Tip 6: Enjoy working out
I’m a big believer that your workout/training sessions shouldn't be a chore or something you dread doing when the time comes, yeah we all have days were we’d rather be sitting on the couch than working out, but if you’re feeling like that every time your training session comes around, you’ll probably end up going off track and feeling like that can bring you down mentally. Working out should be something you look forward too and enjoy, you’re doing something for your own good, to make your body healthier and stronger. Try out all the different kinds of training you can do such as, HIIT, strength, cardio, kickboxing and many more find the ones you enjoy and look forward to doing, if you feel yourself getting bored of them, switch the routines up a little. Make your sessions enjoyable and fun, if you don’t like doing lunges swap them for something else, same goes for any exercise you really don’t enjoy. Also bring a friend or family member along to join, it makes it a lot more fun and the time just flies by, playing your favourite songs help too.
So there are my 6 tips that could help you get a more active and healthy lifestyle, they’re not massive changes, but they’re little steps that can change a lot. I really enjoyed writing this post for you all, having a balanced healthy lifestyle is something I feel very passionate about, and I’d love to write more about it in the future.

Halloween Horror Movies
Hey lovelies, I’ve been so busy this past week that I haven’t had not time to sit and write this week’s blog post, so I’m writing it on the day it’s being posted, but hey, I’ve made time for it so we’re all good.
Next Tuesday is Halloween and I absolutely love this holiday (come to think of it, I don’t actually have any plans for it yet, I need to get working on that). So getting onto the topic of this week’s post, I am going to be sharing with you guys some of my all-time favourite horror movies, Halloween – scary, Horror films – scary, it fits with the theme right?
I am a HUGE love of horror movies all year round, they’re nine times out of ten the only genre I watch. Which means when Halloween comes around I’m all about the horror movies.
But first I just want to quickly add, although it’s very much not a horror, It can’t be Halloween without watching Hocus Pocus, if you’re reading this and don’t know what I’m talking about, you need to find time to watch that movie this month. It’s a Halloween classic.
Right anyway back to horror movies, I have so many I love, but I’ve managed to narrow it down to six of my favourites.
Halloween – I absolutely love all of these movies, I’ve got the whole collection and I’ve heard people say there’s going to be a new remake, so if that’s true, I can’t wait to see it.
IT – The remake of IT came out this year, I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions about it, but I loved it I’ve already watched it twice, I’m also considering reading the book.
Paranormal Activity – I’m a massive fan of supernatural films, so the Paranormal Activity collection are defiantly one of my favourites.
Scream – These are the first horror movies I watched they’re pretty much the reason I got into horror’s, I’ve watched them so many times, but they never get old.
Valentine – This isn’t the most popular movie, but I have good memories of watching it, it’s always one I love to watch.
Fear Island – I love the story-line to this film, I would in no way of ever expected the ending, I’ve got all my friends to watch, and they love it just as much as me.

Hey you lovely lot, I hope things are going well, it feels like forever since I’ve sat down to write a blog post for you, in reality it’s only been 2 weeks, but still. It’s only a short one today as I’ve been super bust just lately and I’ve been focusing a lot on my YouTube videos. Don’t worry tho, starting next week I’m going to get back into writing more for you all, as I now have all my ideas planned out up until next year. Exciting things to come. So let’s just jump straight into this week’s topic. Halloween.
Halloween is less than two weeks away and if you’re a huge fan of the holiday like me, you’re probably spending time searching for some Halloween decorations. Well I’ve got you covered for that, I love going into town at this time of the year and searching through the shops for all the Halloween themed things. Peanut Butter Baked Oats
Peanut Butter baked oats are my favourite breakfast at the moment and they’re so easy and simple to make. So of course I had to give you guys the recipe on how to make them.
Ingredients:
4og oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
Peanut Butter
Butter – to Grease the pan
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
Mix the oats and cinnamon together
Add the egg and Greek yogurt
Mix until the ingredients are combined
Grease two sections of a cupcake baking tray
Fill both sections halfway through
Add a spoonful of peanut butter on top of each oat base
With the rest of the oat mixture cover the peanut butter and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
Leave to cool for about 5 minutes
Take out of the tray and serve up on your plate, I usually like to add some fruit on the side
These are so delicious and you could always swap the peanut butter for something you prefer, such as jam, caramel, and chocolate. Get creative and try out new things.

What I Eat In A Day
Hello lovelies, I hope life is filling your heart with joy, but if you are going through rough times right now, I’m proud of you for still being here babes, your happiness will come back to you, just take each day as it comes, and there’s always a new day to start fresh.
This week’s blog post is pretty simple but I’ve wanted to do it for a while so I thought I’d sit down and write it for you, because you know what people say, there’s no time like the present.
I’m going to be telling you guys what I eat in a day, I thought I’d do Wednesday, cause ya know, what I eat Wednesday, I just felt like it was fitting, so here it goes.
Breakfast
For breakfast today I tried something new and it ended up being delicious. I scrambled an egg in frying pan and added butter-beans, onions, peppers, garlic powder and parsley, fried them for about 2 minutes and then served it up on my plate. I know this is now going to become a regular for my breakfast.
Lunch
Then lunchtime came around and I didn’t fancy cooking anything so I just had something quick and easy, I made a chicken and wholemeal pitta, and had some frozen grapes on the side. Frozen grapes are honestly my new obsession, they’re so tasty.
Snack
For a snack I had a Graze – cinnamon pretzel sticks with a cookie dip, I got from my Graze – light box, they’re so delicious.
Dinner
Now for dinner I had cauliflower crust pizza, which I raved about on my blog a couple of weeks ago, so I won’t talk too much about it. Click the link if you’d like the recipe. Today I topped my pizza with Quorn chicken, onions, peppers, cottage cheese and spinach.

What My Tattoos Mean
Hey you gorgeous bunch, I hope your smiling and having a great day, if not, I’m here telling you that things will get better, it may not feel like it now, and that’s okay, but eventually things will work out.
So in today’s post I’m going to be showing and explaining my tattoo meanings, as I feel like I’ve never really mentioned them and I thought it was a cool idea for a post. So I have three tattoos and they all have special meanings to me, I have one on each of my hands and one on my ankle. I’m planning on getting more, I’d like to eventually have a lot on my arm. Anyway let’s just get into the ones I have.
Right Hand: Semi Colon
Many of you may know that a semi colon is based around mental health. I have struggled and I still struggle to this day with mental health, I won’t get too into it right now, we can save that for another time. You use a semi colon when you could’ve ended a sentence but didn’t, for mental health it is represented as, you could have ended your journey but you didn’t. Having this tattoo on my hand means I’m always aware of it and it reminds me of how far I’ve come and that there’s still more of my story left to live.
Left Hand: Musical Note
Music has always been such a special thing to me, when I was younger I would put on shows and sing in front of the TV or I’d pretend to be in a music video, it would take me to a different place where I could be whoever I wanted. Now I’m older I don’t put on shows anymore, but music is just as important to me, while I was going through the darkest time in my life it’s what got me through.
Right Ankle: 5 Seconds Of Summer Tally
So this one is probably the most special, some of you may know who 5sos (5 Second Of Summer) are, but if not, they’re a band from Australia. Now I honestly don’t know where I would be without these guys, whether it was through music, tweets, interviews, snapchats or anything else, they always managed to put a smile on my face and make me happy at a time when no one or nothing else could. They made me feel like I was worth something and that staying alive was worth it. I’ve had a few people say “why did you get a tattoo you won’t like them this much forever” and I’m aware that my life isn’t always going to revolve around them, but I’m not sure I would of got through the hell I was going through without them and they helped me learn who I was and that it was okay to be who I am. So yes I got a tattoo to represent the band that saved my life.
So there you have it, my three tattoos and what they mean, I personally love tattoos and can’t wait to get more. If you guys have any tattoos that you love or have any tattoo ideas I’d love to see them
My tattoos represent my past and how they helped me get to where I am today and look forward to my future and I’m proud to have them on my skin.

Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Cauliflower crust pizza, if you’ve never heard of it you’re probably thinking what the heck, that was my exact thoughts, but trust me it’s not as weird as you think.
Hello my lovelies, I hope everything is going well and if things are difficult right now, keep your chin up petal you’re doing great.
So I have recently come across cauliflower crust pizza, which I was a little sceptical about at first, but turns out I love it. After searching through a few recipes and mix matching ingredients and going through a few failures, I’ve now got a recipe that works for me. So of course, why not share it with you guys.
Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower – grated
1 egg
2 tablespoons of wholemeal flour
Tsp paprika – optional
Tsp garlic – optimal
Handful of parmesan – optimal
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Once your cauliflower is grated place in the middle of a clean tea towel, scrunch up the towel around the cauliflower and over a sink squeeze all the water out, this is an important step to stop your pizza base falling apart
Once all the water is drained form the cauliflower place in a bowl and mix in your egg, after mixing in your egg add your flour – if the cauliflower is not coming together you may need to use more flour
Now add your extra spices/seasoning and form your cauliflower base on the baking tray
Bake in the oven until it turns a golden brown – about 10/15 minutes
Once cooked leave to cool – you could always pre-prepare this a day or two and keep in the freezer until you need it
When the base is cooler enough for you to handle you can start adding your topping – whatever you like
Cook for a further 10 minutes, take out of the oven, serve up and enjoy!
You defiantly have to be a fan of cauliflower to enjoy this pizza, and it may take a few tries until you get it how you like, but it’s a delicious and different way to have your pizza. I usually top mine with cottage cheese, peppers, onions, Quorn sausage and spinach, there’s still a few topping I want to try out though.
