We have constant switches, and Sky (our little one) may appear, so please treat him well, do not isolate him or make him uncomfortable. Communicate if an alter does not like children so that Vincent (our protector) does not get angry with you or your system. /lh

More of that Macaque Lives AU I've been playing with because it's been super fuuuun

I do wanna note that I'm not trying to make Mac seem like the perfect soul in this au- believe me I had a lot of problems with how Macaque behaved in Seasons 1-3, especially to Mk specifically, but instead to see a version of macaque that was in an entirely different headspace than the show. Basically Revenge Motivated vs Emotionally Debilitated.

Anyway

If you were curious if Wukong finds out Mac's alive - he does. Just during a time where the poor idiot doesn't even have a CHANCE to react. But I do imagine Mac being there helps snap him out of LBD's control.

However, we do have that end scene with MK and Wukong on the cliffside - there's when he gets a chance to take in what he's seen. How does he handle it?

Anyway a couple notes -

In this AU they never got into a relationship when they were younger. Mac had a crush, Wukong is a goober that didn't realize until too late that you could love your best friend.

Wukong has done a lot of shutting out these feelings, so they really hit him like a bus when he realizes they very much still exist.

Unfortunately for Wukong- Someone has a lot of regrets regarding his feelings and even though Wukong tries - some things can't be forgiven.

Also very important to note: the small tidbit with Macaque being naturally white furred,, but Wukong had no idea Macaque was actually white furred for as long as he knew him,, it wasn’t until after the fight during the journey that he finds out about this (plus other stuff (basically how he looks in canon lmaoo))

(You might be wondering why past!Macaque had light fur during Wukong’s nightmare in chapter 2 of Celestial affairs and that’s cause Wukong is dreaming of what he wished that memory would have looked like instead of what actually happened💃💃💃)
