I kinda ended up making an AU-
Ur Useong stays with Hangil AU inspired me along with this other manhwa I was reading called ‘the students of illip arts high’ (I LOVE THE TRAGIC YURI IN IT+learning about other art mediums is fun) and I ended up making this AU where they all go to a art school with all the characters going into different art departments that I think would fit them lol also Useong n Hangil r still buddies in this AU hehehfjsndjcj
Tbh I kinda just have a vague idea of this AU (￣_￣)・・・Dajun wants to be a comic artist so he enters this art school(his parents don’t approve but he don’t gaf so his dad kinda just lets him enter as long as he doesn’t “embarrass them”) and before entering the school he meets Hangil who he ended up following after their first encounter(the drawing on the left) seeing that Hangil was walking around with a bag full of spray paint so he was curious lol he ends up meeting everyone else at the art school
I honestly didn’t put much thought into the specifics so it’s just a vague outline lol

My headcanon is that if Useong did chose to be on Hangil's side than anything else, I believe in Useong being Dajun's biggest hater right away-
What is funny is that Useong could prolly be projecting since Dajun reminds him of himself when he was younger- Useong may even be jealous of Dajun...but here is the funny part, Hangil never treated Dajun differently from him or anyone else in the runaway fam...I LIVE FOR BIGGEST HATER, PROJECTING, JEALOUS ASS USEONG- Even better, DAJUN IS A LITTLE SHIT TOWARDS USEONG-
Like imagine Useong is the mysterious friend of Hangil who never talks to the runaway fam or stay with them. Heard rumors or even outright saw his prowess but then Dajun shows up and suddenly Useong is weirdly rattled and does not help that only Dajun brings out the petty teenager within than cold and mysterious facade.
Also, Useong would be the kind of person who would be encourage you to do something and when you do it, he will turn around and make you feel bad about it- Dajun is the consistent victim of this- One time he got Dajun drink his cup of coffee and Hangil suffered from a hyperactive Dajun because of that- Also, Aram and Gwanghyeok will be a a reoccurring presence in this AU-

Headcanons below~
Since Gongseop didn't have a student and didn't plan on taking in one (you know, before he took in Zack), in this AU, Gongseop would see Jinsung in action. Maybe he got in between Gongseop in a fight, assuming Gongseop is in danger, then Gongseop got pissed, demanding he fight him, and Jinsung just left cause he found out he is just a little shit.
Ensue moments of Gongseop following Jinsung around demanding him an apology and a fight ala How To Fight Middle School Bomi and Hobin style. Then he sees the man behind all that lawyer glory (and the fact that Jinsung never stops working).
Then witness Jinsung in a fight, and this time Gongseop got taken hostage, and Jinsung just attacks the person holding Gongseop and says, "So what? I don't know him; "He's not my hostage." But his actions say otherwise and save him anyway.
Ensure Gongseop is like, "Oh, so he is a fighter, WHAT IS DOING IN A BORING ASS JOB???" And now Gong made it his mission to have Jinsung pass down his knowledge to him before he keels over on the desk and dies.
Corners Jinsung on the public bench, who is surrounded by stray cats and demands a fight, and Jinsung, knowing he WILL NOT leave him alone, agrees, but he will keep his hand on his briefcase and a hand in his pocket. Telling Gong he only has 2 minutes to land a punch on him, and if he does, he will agree.
Cocky and arrogant, Gongseop swings and Jinsung dodges. The whole way. And just when Gong thinks he has cornered Jinsung, Jinsung dodges and spins around, frees his hand in his pocket, and one-shots Gong.
It doesn't end there, though; he keeps showing up and harassing Jinsung into agreeing.

This AU is so silly but I have yet ot finish that Gongseop and Jinsung comic where Gongseop demands Jinsung to teach him without saying it is teaching (cause Gong is too prideful and claims he will never get a teacher and Jinsung comes along) but it is in my laptop and I haven't opened it for a long time now.
Imagine, little Jinrang is so hypervigilant and independent (probably radioactive too from living in the junkyard), falls into a fever so hard he can't get up (he probably kept it a secret too until his body gave out).

Hyunseong: You still have 5 minutes.
