i can’t for the life of me believe no one stopped for five fucking seconds to think that Sirius lent Hagrid the bike to take Harry away which is a weird thing to do for a man who wanted the boy dead for his master. The pounding in your head made your stomach churn as you slowly begun to wake, a soft groan escaping you from the discomfort. Gently, someone laid a cool washcloth on your forehead, speaking lowly so as not to cause you more pain.

For a while you simply focused on not being sick, but eventually you managed to open your eyes, pausing as you blinked blearily up at the person leaning over you. Absently you wondered if you were still hallucinating, as you were pretty damn sure that you were staring up at one of your favourite characters. You couldn’t help but be surprised by the concern you could see in their eyes, alongside something else that you couldn’t quite put your finger on.

Seeing you properly awake, they explained how you had very abruptly dropped from thin air, right in front of them, completely unresponsive and with your temperature dangerously high. Its obvious that they are wary and want answers, yet they seem to be treating you surprisingly kindly, gaze straying to your neck every now and then.

“Why do you keep looking at my neck?” You manage to rasp out.

After a moments hesitation, they hold up one of their hands, showing an intricate symbol in the centre of their palm. The very same symbol that appeared on your neck a few days ago, before you got sick and apparently appeared in another universe.
