Lakota War Shirt - Scalp Shirt ...
The scalp shirt was worn by the bravest fighting men ... The making of such a shirt, was both a holy and solemn occasion. Only a warrior who himself possessed a scalp shirt could make one for another warrior. The human hair scalp-locks attached to the shirt have great symbolism. Hair was considered an extension of a person's soul. For an Indian warrior to acquire hair from another was to add his power and strength to his own.
Mid Sagittal dissection of a human brain. Absolutely amazing!
grief is so crazy like what if i forget what her laugh sounds like. does she know i loved her. i miss her so much. i catch myself doing things she used to do. i wish i could call her. i miss her so much. i do a crossword puzzle. i cry while washing the dishes. does she know i loved her? my heart feels like a hummingbird. i miss her so much. what if i forget what her laugh sounds like. what if i forget.
Bard Kendrick of Lamar who hath slain many drakes. “Fuck a rap battle, this a life long battle with yourself” is some RELIGIOUS shit.

This is how you do it.
You ignore calls. You block, unfollow, and mute harmful/toxic people on social media. You stop checking up on people who do not give a damn about you. You read a lot. You listen to good music. You run. You cut your hair. You dye your hair. You get a new piercing. You get a new tattoo. You make new friends. You delete apps from your phone. You cut people off. You get enough sleep. You eat breakfast. You drink water. You do your laundry, wash your dishes, make your bed. You take showers, you take baths. You sing, you laugh, you cry. You watch movies. You build relationships with other people. You take a class you really like. You stay in touch with people who only prove to you that they want you around. You change. You adapt. You start over. You begin again.
That is how you do it. That is how you move on.
And trust me, you will feel so much better for it.
