I would actually hate it if Pink turns out to be the villain because I kinda like her already, but I do think that based on the way other characters treat her, she will be angry at some point.

She looks like she doesn't belong in the story - best friends of Red and Chloe don't treat her as their equal, everyone loves Red and Chloe but nobody says anything about her, all her lines are her inserting herself into the song rather than already being a part of it and she's always talking about herself because no one talks about her, Red seems to be the Queen's favourite child and the Queen doesn't even pay attention to Pink while she's in the same room with them. Since Red didn't have a sister in the original timeline, I think that she will neglect her because she doesn't know how to be the bigger sister and that will make Pink angry. Their personalities are very different and Red will probably avoid spending time with Pink because of that.

I always found it interesting how in Sonic 3 it's established that both Shadow and Gerald are mourning the death of Maria, Shadow's friend and Gerald's granddaughter, a girl for whom they cared deeply, while during the movie Shadow is a confirmed feminist while Gerald is sexist.

Okay imagine just imagine a scene like this with Gwen and Miles in the third act of Beyond The Spider-Verse complete with love confessions and oversharing because they have A LOT to talk about. I already barely survived Wildehopps, I ain't surviving Gwiles if they pull off something like this.

I've seen some people suspect that Nikki was possessed by a demon, but that makes no sense. She was "possessed" but not by a demon. Even though this movie has some references to the Exorcist and such, what possessed Nikki was the spell that makes wishes come true. That spell can make anything happen, but it can't replicate a human soul and human behaviour, so Nikki was acting so crazy because to real humans this behaviour is disturbing, while the spell is just trying to recreate how a real human would behave when in love, but what it really does is replace a real person's soul while the real Nikki is trapped underneath. It was the spell controlling the body, not a demon.
