Simon telling Ryland that his name is “Butcher” because he hasn’t heard his name in such a long time from someone who cared.

Ryland Grace thinking it’s his last name and going “Oh, you can call me Grace too if you like! Last names are A-Okay!” and missing the grave look on Simon’s face when he’s remembered of his past.
