“Alec, you don’t need to worry about me. I’m fine,” Izzy argued, pausing in the middle of her sentence to blow her nose. Some of the objects on the bathroom counter shook dangerously, but she ignored them.

“You’re not fine, you’re sick,” Alec pointed out. Izzy grumbled.

“Goodbye, big brother.” Izzy waved a hand and her older brother’s face disappeared from her bathroom mirror, while her purple toothbrush went flying across the room and smacked the ceramic towel rack with a clink . Even the small noise made her headache slightly worse.

She took a deep breath and assessed her situation. She was definitely sick, her brother was right as usual, and she was losing control of her power. The last problem was a non-issue if she stayed inside, which she was planning on doing anyway.

Izzy was awoken by a knock on the door. She fumbled across the apartment, not really looking at or paying attention to what was on the floor around her. Jars, books, and various other items seemed to leap out of her way. She made it to the door and opened it. Standing outside was her cute neighbor, Clary Fray. She screamed internally.

“Hey!” Clary bubbled. “Sorry for bothering you. I heard you were feeling under the weather, so I made you some soup!” She thrust a tureen into Izzy’s hands. “Feel better!” With that, the short redhead was gone. Unthinkingly, Izzy put the soup on the dining room table and went back to bed.

Izzy had a million questions when she woke up around dinner time, ranging from Who told you I was sick? to Why are you bringing me soup when we’ve literally never spoken? She didn’t trust herself to heat the soup without setting the table aflame, so she picked it up to put it in the microwave. She noticed with a start that the soup was already at the perfect temperature, exactly as it had been when it was set on the table three hours before.

After eating the soup, which smelled amazing, she realized that her headache had dissipated and she felt like if she tried her power, she would have some of her control back.

Luke Garroway: A Summary

Luke: *lies and risks his life to protect Clary and Jocelyn*

Luke: *doesn't stop searching for Clary for days when she goes missing*

Luke: *gets into a fight with an alpha, takes over a pack, and nearly dies to protect Clary*

Luke: *is willing to use his possible last words to tell Clary about her mother and to remind her he cares about her*

Luke: *cooperates with the vampires even after he is subjected to name calling and insults just to help the shadowhunters save Meliorn*

Luke: *supports and helps simon even after he's turned into a vampire and tries as much as possible to help come to terms with who he is now*

Luke: *is basically the most selfless character ever*

Luke: *is terribly under appreciated and ignored even though he's a main character*

Shadowhunters Season 2 Spoilers!

We know so much about Shadowhunters S2 already, because of interviews, pictures, tweets, periscope & more, so here’s all we know so far:

- The runes are black now - Camille won’t be a threat to Alec & Magnus’ relationship, but more to Raphael and the other vampires - We’ll see Seelie Queen, who will be played by someone Dom knows very well - There will be a scene between Alec & Mayrse in episode 2x01

- There will be plenty of mother/daughter drama about the fact that Jocelyn basically lied to her for 18 years. - There’s a scene in a hospital with Jace, where ‘Jace tries to tame the beast and shit gets scray’, and it’s probably in episode 2x03 - There will be a fight scene in episode 2x01, which includes Jace - Although Jace and Clary give into their urges in the books, despite believing they’re siblings, it won’t be like that in the series, but they still have feelings for each other. There’s a moment with the Seelie Queen, but that’s a little different than in the books

- There will be a new character from the books, Maia, who will be played by Alisha Wainwright. (Maia is a bartender at the Hunters Moon and one of the newest members of Luke’s pack. She is brave, slightly stubborn, and extremely loyal to her friends. Although she doesn’t like talking about it, she struggles with trust issues due to her troubled past and often uses humor and sarcasm to mask her true feelings. Now, with the Mortal Cup in Valentine’s hands, Downworlders are in more danger than ever before and Maia will be forced to jump into action or lose the only family that she has left) - Maia will probably first appear in episode 2x03 - Valentine and Jocelyn will be in 2x01 - It seems like Jace’s hair will be more like it was in the other dimension, and he’ll wear an all black outfit

- Lydia will come back - Clary’s main focus will be finding Jace and stopping Valentine - There’s a lot in store for Jocelyn and Luke - There’s also a lot in store for Maureen - More Izzy fight scenes - Possibly Jace jumping from one building to another - There will be a scene between Jace & Jocelyn in (probably) episode 2x03 - We’ll probably see a shirtless Magnus - Women who are covered in blood in episode 2x01 - In episode 2x01, Alec will try to track Jace with their Parabatai bond, Magnus will hover over Alec with painkilling magic, but then drops the stele - Episode 2x04 is said to be a game changer episode - Magnus & Alec will probably go on their first date - We’ll see a lot of the relationships: Clace, Malec, Sizzy and Climon - There might be a little Jimon & a Jimon fight scene - Malec is going to break your heart, lift you high, take you low. You will be crying about Malec - They redesigned the institute - Clizzy is a huge part of what they’re up to in S2 - There’ll be a Simon fight scene - There’s a Parabatai crisis - Blood (I don’t remember seeing blood in S1 so this is important)

- Knives - There’s a new character, Victor Aldertree, who will be played by Nick Sagar - There’ll be 20 episodes - There will be a scene with Magnus & a vampire - There’ll probably be flashbacks to Jace first meeting Alec and Izzy & Jace asking Alec to be his Parabatai - Jace will go down a dark path, he’s gonna get worse before he gets better - This season is gonna be creepy, darker, grittier, the demons are scarier and we’re gonna cry a lot
