what i do instead of eating :
1. drawing: my fav activity!! it’s so distracting :o
2.studying: really good, plus my grades get better
3.doing makeup: i literally love doing makeup ok.
4.watching kpop performances: motivating, i recommend illit !
5.sleeping: ofc taking a nap helps
anyone has more ideas? :3 i think im gonna do a fast tomorrow i literally need to stop eating
the discomfort is worth it

Motivation for myself:
-imagine how high you can jump at Volleyball if you are lighter
-Imagine no more shame when eating
-imagine all the cute clothes
-imagine being as thin as all the other pretty girls at Volleyball
-imagine fitting comfortably in any chairs
-imagine no more leg shafing
-imagine a thin face
-imagine your noce slimming down
-imagine smaller calves
-imagine being better at climbing cus u gotta pull up less weight
-imagine having an easier time doing plank/push ups/pull ups due to being lighter
-imagine not feeling silly when putting on make up or doing your hair
-oh the dizziness <3
-being skinnier than my sister

Tips for 🌟ving
Get a new obsession: I found really difficult to avoid eating if I was focusing on losing weight, it’s waaaay easier now that I’m learning a new language and trying to graduate.
Be consistent: the Atomic Habits book has helped me tremendously with ⭐️ving, you could also use the advice for healthy stuff too lol (thanks to it I have studied daily for two months without issue).
Be kind/mean with yourself: whatever works best. You should experiment with both. Be an even more proactive 4n4 and track your progress, while you are there take a course or two about data analytics, you may even like it.
Journaling: makes days memorables and also keeps your mind more quiet and organized.
