I really can't vibe with "Joonghyuk was jealous of Sangah" headcanon. This is the scenario that came right after seeing Dokja die for the 1st time. Yoo Joonghyuk was scared of Dokja dying again because of a scenario, he wasn't just a petty jealous boyfriend. It's just a popular headcanon because people like to hate on female characters that get in the way of their ship so it's easier for them to project the jealousy of a ship on Yoo Joonghyuk.

Yoo Joonghyuk scared of losing Kim Dokja is more proof of his feelings for him as well as his humanity. He's not an unfeeling psycho who sacrifices his companions. Even when he said he doesn't care that he dies, Joonghyuk tried to save him from a scenario by keeping him out of it. Why is petty immature jealousy (targeting a woman) seen as more romantic than that? Not to mention "Jealous Joonghyuk" is an erasure of the trauma he went through from what happened to Lee Seolhwa and his family. "Joonghyuk was jealous of Sangah" will always feel misogynistic to me and it's reducing his feelings for Dokja to immaturity.

Everytime people misunderstand Yoo Joonghyuk, I lose more lives than Dokja did.
