Permanent Hiatus
Ok as you all know (or not), this account has been around for approximately 2 years. I've had my fun with it, roleplaying as Jack Frost with other people within the fandom and other neighboring fandoms.
But right now I just can't get myself to manage this account anymore so I'm leaving it for good. Things have been really rough lately with school because my subjects are getting harder and it's really getting difficult for me to keep up. I also feel the need to move on with my life by having a proper closure with this account but I'll still be somewhat in touch with the whole fandom with my main account if I have the time to check it ;A; And knowing fully well that I'll eventually find another thing to ruin my life, this is a good start for me to move forward.
I'm not gonna delete it though because I've had some great memories here! The people that I've roleplayed with were very friendly and open to some plot suggestions and I think that even though it was only for a short time, I feel like I've had some really good friends here and I still hope that we can talk more in the future if given the chance.
I will never ever regret making this account (my first rp acc pfft) because I got to improve my writing skills while having some fun storytelling with other people. And I will also never ever stop being a fan of ROTG (even though I forgot about the anniversary because I've been so busy ;A; sorry) It's been really great!
Oh, man, now that I think about it, this is just the worst time to say this because it's almost Christmas haha! Right now I just feel really bad that I've disappointed so many roleplayers because of my inactivity and now I'm suddenly closing this account. So, I'm really sorry guys from the bottom of my heart. And thank you for giving me a really fun time!
And now that I've finally gotten those words out of my system, it's time to really leave this account for good.
Thank you, everyone! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
[[if i missed any threads feel free to notify me via ask so i can reply to them! i'm gonna have to sleep now because it's already 3am here and i still have a birthday party to attend to tomorrow. i'll reply to the threads when i get back!]]
"Hey there Jack," Vella waved, approaching the guardian.
"Hey there, kiddo!" Jack greeted back. "What have you been up to lately?
Vella didn’t hesitate as she jumped onto Jack’s back, hugging him tightly as she pointed forward playfully to signal she was ready. “GO!”
Jack could only hold one of Vella's legs but good thing she had a good grip on him so he didn't have to worry about her falling off. "Alright, kid, hold on tight!"
When the wind starter to blow, he pushed his feet off from the window and bolted through the air.
It was winter in San Fransokyo, Hiro went out in his warmer jacket, gloves and covered his head with his hoodie, he was on his way home from San Fransokyo Tech. //hiii! :3 hope you dont mind me doing a starter to rp with u X33
Jack was leaping from one electric post to another, covering the wires with frost as he ran his staff through them. He stopped when he saw a bunch of students on their way to go home from school. He swung his staff and a cold wind blew as the the started to fall again on the city of San Fransokyo. Small kids usually loved it when it was a snow day, but he wasn’t so sure about the older ones.
He raised an eyebrow with a bit of confusion, why would he be able to see him? “Why wouldn’t I be able to see you?”
I guess he doesn't know.
"Well, kiddo, this is your lucky day," Jack chuckled, patting the boy's black hair. "I'm Jack Frost and people don't get to see me unless they believe that I really exist."
"Just frustrating how he takes credit for my work. I try not to let it bother me but it does." She muttered. "And everyone else give the credit to him anyway since he's a guardian."
"Hm, yeah, being a guardian does get way over his head sometimes," Jack agreed, empathizing with the blonde spirit. He knew how she exactly felt since he's had his fair share of arguments with Bunny.
"But since we know each other now, and kind of share a mutual annoyance towards the kangaroo, I'll be sure to spread the word and give you the credit you deserve," he reassured her.
"Hey there Jack," Vella waved, approaching the guardian.
"Hey there, kiddo!" Jack greeted back. "What have you been up to lately?
"Alrighty!" Vella muse a salute, like her father use to, and bolted for downstairs. Opening the door, to under the stairs, Vella snatched her coat, scarf and put her winter boots on. She felt hot for wearing all this in a home with no Air conditioning.
Heading back up, she called out to Jack that she was ready with a proud pose.
Jack opened the window and propped a foot on the sill, preparing himself to fly again.
"Come on, snowflake, get on my back. It'd be easier to take you to Santa that way," he said to Vella, gesturing her to hop on his back.
Alex glanced towards Jack when he approached her side. Maybe she hadn't noticed it before but he didn't seem himself. Was he just as startled as she was or was the reality of the werewolf finally setting in? She just peered at him for a couple seconds, trying to read his expression. "Jack," the teen finally murmured, turning to him and resting a hand on his shoulder, "Are you ok? Do you think we should go ahead with this?"
She just wanted to make sure he was going to be ok. Sure maybe she was feeling the same but when it came to her friend, she actually acknowledged it. The red-head sighed softly when he walked away, watching him inspect whatever it was and she turned back to the debris. She lifted her gaze and starred forward. Well... It seemed it was heading this way. Alex slid into the undergrowth, the shrubs and bracken dragging at her jeans. In some places, it actually looked crushed. She had a feeling they were getting closer and when she looked up, it looked like there were boulders (or some sort of rocky formation ahead). But wouldn't that be a dead end?
The foliage began to thin as the earth turned from lush and rich blades of grass to yellowed and dried ones. She took one more step and there was a loud crackle and she winced, snapping her attention down to her foot. Well it looked like a bag of chips. She bent down to pick it up but her fingers touched something... Slimey. Ew! Saliva. She wasn't going to pick that up so she just kept going.
She wasn't too far from Jack when she broke through the trees into a small, desolate clearing, the sun beaming down onto the dry earth. "Ok now which way-" Alex fell silent as soon as she turned her head, finding something she dreaded to see. Across from her, where the rocks had seemed to rise was a cave mouth littered with all sorts of things. She was frozen, afraid to even move. Oh... Oh my god. We found it...
Jack blinked a few times when Alex mentioned his name. "Uhh, well, we've already come this far," he answered. A part of him actually wanted to back out, but the amount of effort that they've given into this expedition and how far they've gone deeper into the forest made him hesitant to give up.
Jack was searching on the other side, trying to lean without falling on the farther side so he doesn't have to actually go there. He looked over his shoulder to check on Alex. She was still within sight with just enough distance for both of them to actually cover this part of the forest. He narrowed his eyes at her when he noticed that she wasn't moving and searching anymore.
The boy jogged towards her, stepping on an opened bag of chips on the way and grimacing at the transparent slime that was smeared all over it before she got to Alex. "Hey, what's g--" he cut himself off again when he finally saw what made his friend froze like a statue in the middle of the forest. A cave. A lot of the stock from the store had been scattered around and inside of the cave like something had gone rampant in the place.
"Is this it?" Jack asked, trying to make things sure as he carefully crept closer towards the cave. The anticipation made his heart beat faster along with the strong, heavy aura than surrounded the place.
"How do I know you and the people you talk about are strong enough?. And how do I know that I can trust you?" She asked looking at him closely for any sign of betrayal or lying but she can only find the truth.
"Well, for one, I am Jack Frost just so you know," the teen shrugged, feeling like it was a little necessary to throw the information out there if the girl didn't know. "And I'm with the Guardians, and we're basically the good guys."
"Ladies do not start fights, but they can finish them."
"You? A lady?" Jack snickered.
There was a look of genuine astonishment on the red-head’s features when the guardian apologized. She never actually imagined he would. In fact, he really had no reason to. She just kinda assumed he was playing with her, which he was, but to apologize for it? “H-hey!,” she replied, scratching at the back of her neck, “it’s ok, Jack. Honestly… I know you were just messing around with me.” However, Alex considered that she should be saying sorry. She kinda took it a little far than just being innocently flirtatious. She pressed a hand to her chest like it was coming from her heart, “I guess if we are going there, I have to say sorry… I didn’t mean to make you feel uncomfortable…”
She sighed, looking towards the grass at her feet. “And to be honest I didn’t know any other way to respond. Yyyoouuu kinda had me embarrassed there,” she laughed, obviously not really afraid to express herself to him. But what she wouldn’t add was why she had been embarrassed. She was actually still baffled by it… Normally she would have poked fun at it but she had been seriously affected. Did she…? Alex suddenly dropped the thought. No Jack was her best friend and there couldn’t be anything more.
Jack nodded at Alex when she apologized as well. All was well at the moment but he couldn't helped but feel like he had shoved something at the back of his head that should've been an important addition to this situation. As he tried to make something of it, he slicked his hair back but then it just bounced back to its normal spiky state (maybe even a little messier). He shook it off and just concluded that he was just still feeling a little embarrassed after their little teasing with each other.
"Well, I guess the feeling is mutual," Jack replied. Now that they've cleared that out, he felt a little hesitant on whether he should change the topic or just keep on apologizing to each other. He actually felt a little awkward now that they've opened up and admitted their mistakes like that. Maybe they'll eventually go back to how they were later on. "So, uhh, are we good?"
Oh man the North Pole! How exciting! Wait a minute... The North Pole. That took a second or two to register in her mind. That was far, far away and she had to fly it. Talk about a big leap. She was actually a little startled when he grabbed her hand, breaking her out of her thoughts. She smiled sheepishly in response. "You lead the way ok Jack," she insisted (but that was already certain), "And... Please don't let me fall. I'll do my best to fly all the way there."
If anything, she would just hold on to him and glide. That probably would be the best option for her if they wanted to get there without resting. She extended her tucked wings, beating them harder than needed to rise up off the earth. "O-ok let's go!"
Jack made it sure to stay out of the wing's reach to give it enough room to flap in. He pulled on Alex's hand, helping her get up into the air as the breeze continued on blowing pass them. Thinking back, he never would've expected her to be something like him (that's his conclusion anyway), if it weren't for that accident. But right now what mattered the most is that she was still alive and well.
As they flew in the air, on their way to the North Pole, Jack looked back at Alex. "Are you gonna be alright if I let go of your hand?" he asked, realizing that it somewhat felt a little awkward that he was holding her hand for so long, and maybe a little weirder if he actually did that all the way to the Pole. Plus, it'd be a good a practice for her to be able to fly on her own again.
"I make spring. He's in charge of Easter." She rolled her eyes. "I am in charge of making the snow melt and the flowers bloom, I make sure the correct spirit makes it rain when necessary, and I am in charge of making sure the tree nymphs make the trees blossom correctly. He paints eggs and hides them." Her eyes narrowed slightly. It was quite annoying how he took the credit for spring when she did all the work.
Jack nodded at Rapunzel when she tried to explain how spring actually worked. "Ohh, I see. I just really wanted to clear that stuff out of my mind." He raised an eyebrow when she seemed a little frustrated to him. "What's wrong?"

He turned around and almost bumped into a tall boy, stunned he steps back a step to see him, “Whoa. Um..hi.” He greeted the white haired person with a staff.
Jack took a step back when the boy bumped into him. I knew it! He grinned widely when he took notice of him.
"Oh, man. You can really see me!"

He stopped in his place hearing a voice, “Who said that?” He looked around, no one answered him, he shrugged it off, swearing he heard a voice.
Jack raised a brow when one kid stood out from the crowd. A little boy with black hair. He flew down again to the ground, this time beside the young teen.
"Hey, kid?"
"Oh..." She blushed brightly. He had heard about her? That was something she hadn't expected. "The party is wonderful. It always is." A smile decorated her face. "I always love seeing all the spirits together in one place talking and interacting with one another."
"Yeah, same her." A smile made its way on Jack's lips as he watched the other spirits mingle with one another under one roof. "Oh, by the way, I hope you don't mind me asking this question, but-- uhh, is it you or Bunny whom really makes the spring, or is it just something you two both share? I've been wondering about that for a while now, but Bunny just won't answer me properly."
