And then somewhere in the middle there the writers completely dropped the ball.

You worried for Matt all season and instead of showing that moment of relief of reunion they skipped it entirely. You wondered to yourself if he had a secret identity and you barely even got to say a sentence to him after the reveal. A reveal that might have just called your multi-year career into question and the last we saw of you was hiding in an office away from a violent mob. Where are you now? Who knows.
