toni eyes the girl with a smirk, finding humor in her incompetence when it came to MUNDANE chores. ā oh please jack, you could b r e a k it if you put your mind to it. ā she answers as she approaches the machine to fiddle with it. the brunette barks out a laugh when jackie concedes. ā i like my laundry separated into whites, lights, darks and delicates, ā she informs her with a toothy smile. ā people do this because they have to, ā toni tells her as she pops open the door to the washing machine. ā here throw your clothes in, you can separate them and do a few loads. or you can throw them all in on brights. ā the girl explains.
ā probably could break some bones if I tried any harder. ā she laughed (Ā knowing she DEFINETLY wasn't strong enough for that ). Jackie walked on the opposite side of the other whileĀ herĀ eyes glanced from betweenĀ theĀ articles of clothing thatĀ piled in the basket then onto Toni. ā seriously? now this is pushing the limit, but you're lucky that I'mĀ shopaholicĀ when it comes to clothes soĀ I know how to separateĀ on command. ā her eyes rolled before beginning the process of separating the darksĀ from theĀ lighter attire. ā this is so EXHAUSTING thoughĀ Ā āĀ she groans almost sounding in literalĀ pain, she had barely been outside of her apartmentĀ for an hour and she already wanted to goĀ back to sleep.Ā ā only have LIGHTS that need to be washed for now. ā she said. Jackie reached on the ground her basket before taking the handful of already sorted clothes then pushing it in the washer. ā nowĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā what? ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā settling a hand upon the shut lid of the machine, allowing her gaze to trail over the individual of which whom she wasnāt particularly familiar with. it never failed to surprise her that the complex still had apartments open for rent, that she would just automatically be aware of every single presence within the building. after all, jo had been here for a little over two years yet she wasnāt the one to complain ā - new faces were a positive aspect for this building. ā a BIT tragic yeah, but i am not judging. a lot of people that come through here have the exact same problem. most of the time, iāve heard that their parents do their laundry so that what they are used to, ā she stated, shrugging her shoulders. tilting her head adjacently, glancing towards the washing machine before returning her line of vision towards the other; pursed brims as she nodded. ā yeah, just give the side a kick if it isnāt starting up your first try. bit old, she is. ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā it felt rather welcoming and comfortingĀ to know that herĀ complex neighbors weren't as RUDEĀ as most of the people thatĀ call new York their home. it didn't come to anyone as aĀ surprise, it was the new Yorker hospitalityĀ which she had been guilty of showing more times than she could count.Ā āĀ in allĀ HONESTY I don't thinkĀ I haveĀ ever seen either of my parents step foot in our laundry room. we always had our attire sent out to the cleaners. except now .. I do (Ā somewhat )Ā wish that I learned how to perform these adult tasks then I wouldn't be in this awkward predicament.Ā ā she laughed, alreadyĀ knowing that explaining her short story would give the persona that she was a spoiled delinquent ( which she was ). āĀ that's all to it? interesting...Ā ā taken by surprise by how easy it was to start the machine that was giving her stress wrinkles. her foot kicked at the side of theĀ metal twice before she heard it jump to life. she clapped both of herĀ palms together in excitement while she smiled widely at the other.Ā

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā ā you know, the thought of you in a sexy little nurses costume actually turns me on. you should give it a try. Ā ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā āĀ SORRYĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā to burst your playboy fantasy bubbleĀ but that is something you will never ( ever ) witness,Ā but you can continue to imagine it in all your wet dreams that youĀ haveĀ about me.Ā Ā ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā ā youāre gonna take care of me after though, right?? like if i get my ass beat will you clean up my bloody mess?? Ā ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā āĀ so you want me to become your personal nurse, ācause I think that can be arrange except I wonāt be wearing any sort of costume with the title.Ā Ā ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā evie was taught how to do her own laundry ( as well as other necessities ) at a rather young age, so doing it now came naturally; as it was part of her weekly routine. sheād just come back down to grab her now dried clothes when she takes notice of someone else obviously struggling with getting the machine to cooperate ā which, of course, instantly makes her want to help out before sheās even asked. ā oh, i wouldnāt laugh at you, promise ! ā even if a small part of her does find it a little amusing, ā some of these machines are just a lilā old, yāknow, you gotta be patient ! did you put any quarters in ? thatās what makes it start up. ā the dirty blonde asks, turning to look at the other with a small smile. ā if you donāt have any on you right now, i could cover you this time, if you need ! ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā itĀ had beenĀ quite relieving knowingĀ theĀ girlĀ didn't think Jacqueline was dumber than a box of nailsĀ for being incapable of accessing the machine. it was also a relief when she didn't laugh either. she knew many old friends who would've taught her about this moment until the day she died, she was thankful that Evie wasnāt one of them. ' quarters ?? seriously, that's the magic power to summon this devil machine to life. ā she rolled her eyes while she averted her attention towards the silver steel. her fingersĀ scrambled through the pockets of her jeans, pulling out few pieces of torn paper and small amount ofĀ change. Jacqueline might have been dumb when it came to doing chores except she was quickĀ with herĀ mathetically skills. fifty-six cents, hopefully enough for her single load. she didn't want to rush all the way up three floors to her apartment. even when the other offered to cover her for theĀ laundry, she wanted to be able to do something on her own.Ā ā how much does it take, cause I have two quarters, nickel, and a penny. also some cute stick figure drawings if that helps anythingĀ ā
weekly laundry was probably toniās least favorite chores, but just like most chores it had to be DONE. the petite girl walks down a big basket filled with her dirty clothes, hoping there would be a few washers as she usually liked to s e p a r a t e her clothes. much like a grandmother. but with an italian mother and grandmother, laundry and other household chores were instilled in her young. when she enters the laundry room she eyes the raven haired girl beating on the washer. ā first of all CHILL, really donāt need the rent going up because you broke the washer. ā toni replies placing her basket atop of a washer beside jackie's. ā second of all, iāll help but it might cost you, like separate my laundry while i get this thing working for you COST you. ā she smiles hoping that the girl would her up on her offer.
the girl HATED almost everything known toĀ the human raceĀ exceptĀ being forced to grow up &Ā to do chores by herself was definitely ranked at her top ten things that she wished to avoid at all costs. this was the price to pay when she decided to move out, after all. she never thought it would be this difficult. normally, she could do anything that she set her mind to, this was abstained from that obvious rule. her arms crossed over each other while she stood a step back from the machine. if she had any more confrontation with the silver metal then things might end badly. ā trust me .. iām not strong enough to break this stupid machine. i think itāsĀ ten years old anyways, seems almost unbreakable. ā Jacqueline gave a concerned look, trying to figure out whether or not she was serious about that deal. now that was somethingĀ she could attempt to manage not that she wantedĀ to. she knew that she was desperate. āĀ fine ..Ā donāt expect anything more from me than this, I'm kind of brand new to this adult living situation. like, how do people DO this on a daily basis, I'm already exhausted.Ā ā
