History; after a near death experience with Batman and being put in Arkham, his friend, Catwoman, said that he should slow down. Ultimately he was forced to slow down, and Selina helped him get a job. This job is clearly being a news reporter. And obviously a big Gotham network wouldn’t hire a criminal who JUST got on his meds. so, Selina found him a smaller network to work at. Jack hated having to act all pretty and kind for the interview(s). But thank the LORD he got that job.

Despite my muse being rude, Im not. dont assume i am ooc and think im being rude, i always make it clear when im ooc, ill either put it at the top of my post/wherever i need too or in the tags, so do look. I am a minor so please keep that in mind, I will block you if you make me uncomfortable. anyways, why the change with the theme/his personality? I originally made him to be sassy and ‘dangerous’, not pathetic and soft. moving on, he still loves his job and anything i have said about him in the past is usually semi-true. never quote my old posts on something. I am homeschooled and usually active so there’s no such thing as ‘bugging me’. His motivations and all that will be uncovered as we go along😳im also feeling more motivated but im still tired so things will be slow. back to Jack, im going with more of a digital theme with him! one last thing, he has a crush on Batman, but its not entirely a formed crush, hes still denying it. thats all.
might be taking a little step back on all my rp blogs due to multiple things ive seen happening in the community and some personal stuff, i js dont wanna get involved, even though i probably wouldn’t get involved id still rather be safe than sorry or just stress myself out and burn out even further
1. i hope everyone in these situations do get it sorted out and everyone ends up safe and okay!!! i see a lot of boundary pushing which is quite sad to see but so common :’(

Daffodils!! he probably saw one and instantly got attached. although he wouldnt buy them himself to put in his room but if someone bought him them, he wouldnt buy cherish them and do everything and anything to keep them alive.
he sleeps with newspapers in his bed to fall asleep! :’D it brings him comfort to know that his pride and joy is next to him - paper and the villain newspaper! he truly does love his newspaper and wouldnt have it any other way, even if it costs him a bunch of money and he has to pull a few strings

-I feel like he smokes weed a LOT and that sometimes he will just sit in an alley just blazed out of his mind and laughing to himself.
-He sometimes actually tries in the arts and crafts part of Arkham. I see him just- making a decent glitter bomb and save it for a good time.
-He and Harley were a horrible couple for obvious reasons, but I think they would make decent friends. Not BEST friends but y'know.
-He and Riddler HATEEE each other. I know that this is sort of alr canon but still. I see them just fist fighting or verbally abusing each other that even bane is just there annoyed by the unnecessary violence.
-He listens to Billie Eyelish (idk how to spell her name srry) and ICP. And sometimes listens to The moldy peaches. I picture him listening to "the lucky Nine" or "to catch a predator" while doing his makeup.
-He is really good at makeup but only does his usual messy clown look when he's in public/causing chaos.
-His favorite color is actually yellow despite wearing purple all the time. He thinks is clashes with his hair color, so he doesn't wear it.
-he just drops by on Luthor whenever he wants to annoy him
-He reads ALL of the newspapers about him or different things the public has to say abt him and laugh.
-he hates kids. he thinks they suck and are sticky and gross.
-he has an assortment of different colored gloves he goes through each time he does a crime or fight Batman. all of the rainbow and then black and white.
-He knows most of the Arkham guards by name and age. And he makes it his business to do the same for new hires there.

Totally not a concept design for one outfit for newspaper!Joker… its sort of proportionally wrong and i dont think i like it a ton so uh. Things will be changed n i might draw multiple outfits for him!!
nothing is off, really! its not like I’m struggling with fundings for my newspaper while trying to get a clerk to realize i wont rob the place, at least not anymore. it’s taking everything for people to realize i am not a supercriminal anymore!
