The best parts of this Beach Boys concert so far:

Drunk 60+ year olds

One man with long white hair who stood by the stage and scream-sang every word of every song while nonstop clapping

The visuals projected on a giant screen behind The Boys showing an impossibly pixelated slideshow of what I assume was every Google image search result for “beach”

At one point one of them announced he’d been to a wedding in Brooklyn once at a Catholic Church and a solid 30 people cheered at the word “Catholic” and one of them screamed “which parish!!!”

At the start of “Be True To Your School” Mike Love got down on one knee and when he stood back up they played a [door creaking] sound effect

The fact that there was a Part II because there was an intermission so everyone could go to the bathroom

During a cover of “Rock N’ Roll Music” a similar pixelated slideshow of every Google image result for clip art of the words “rock n roll” written in different fonts, we just checked, it’s literally the first page of a search for the words “rock n roll”

During “Barbara Ann” 12-14 white women aged 20-35 in casual clothing came and danced behind them for no discernible reason and everyone looked confused

One of them kissed Mike Love full on the mouth and it did not look like he was prepared

Mike Love performed a song he dedicated to George Harrison apparently inspired by the fact that their birthdays are close called “Pisces Brothers” which PROMINENTLY FEATURES THE LYRICS “HARE KRISHNA / I WILL MISS ‘YA”
