July 18th 2019: Figurine company Kotobukiya, known for their Bishoujo (lit. ”beautiful girl”) figures has announced a Beetlejuice Horror Bishoujo figure. The Horror Bishoujo line includes “bishoujo”-type women based on and inspired by many iconic horror villains, such as Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, etc. There has been no images of any prototype of the Beetlejuice figure, but the concept art was included in the announcement tweet. It is said to be released in Summer 2020.
