Beyond the Final Frontier: The fic that cemented my ācrossover junkieā title, in which Mario and Peach adopt Tails, and Sonic deals with the aftermath. Update status: Tails continues to be a pain in my behind, but I might actually be getting something done
Meanwhile, I finished a few Mario oneshots, got back into writing Oplita fic after like a decade, and actually managed to post something on time for the 2025 StH Big Bang!!!!

I saw the show live with the US touring cast in 2024, but I do not remember that Eurydice being half as good as Eva Noblezeda, I was sobbing during Flowers
3. What are you looking forward to right now?
I have a day off! Iām looking forward to not going to work
4. If you could do anything at all today, what would it be?
Odd time of the night to be asking that tbh
Sit around and write fanfic tbh, but right now Iām cursed to have to do laundry and get my carās oil changed when I wake up. Not looking forward to that
5. Drink of choice?
Crisp apple bloom energy drink. Been trying to cut back on the caffeine and sugar tho, so lately Iāve been reaching for iced edition sugar free red bull.
6. Hair routine?
This requires the context that I have very curly hair.
Lately Iāve been into plopping my hair. At night when I shower, Iāll shampoo and condition my entire head, and detangle. Then, Iāll walk out the shower and use leave in conditioner, curl cream, mousse, and a strong hold gel in that order. Comb it through, scrunch it all together, then flip my head upside down and plop my hair into a cotton t shirt. Go to bed, wake up, and bam, curls are gorgeous. Just need to let it air dry and add Bobby pins as needed.

7. Favourite way to travel? Is there another you want to try?
I love traveling by plane or car. I do enjoy road trips, but I do live in Texas, so if I want to be anywhere other than Texas I have to fly.

Been enjoying July lately tbh. Felt like I finally shook off whatever slump I was in during the spring

I can chill and no one bothers me, and I can actually hear myself think

Used to play soccer as a kid. My dad always liked it. Nowadays he follows English football, and so I follow along somewhat passively.
11. What kind of music has been stuck in your head lately?
Good Kidās CWHOS. Let it rest for a while and now that Iām in a better headspace than I was when it first came out, Iām enjoying it a lot more. Feels like nostalgia tbh
12. Dishes or laundry?
I guess I enjoy adding scent beads to my laundry, but either way EW.

That itās super illegal for a pharmacy to withhold a transfer if the patient requests it and if itās still transferable

Honestly not really? I do think a person can placebo effect themselves into believing just about anything though

I can sing, but Iām not that great. I used to play violin, and yes, I have performed for audiences before. Iād do it again

Type, mostly, but I donāt have a laptop.

20. What do you wish someone would ask you?
Without getting too into the nitty gritty of my life, I do wish someone would ask about my jewelry and why.
The face journey Patrick Page did around the line, "Then doubt comes...Doubt comes in," was so exciting. I was buzzing in my seat.
The way he starts off the stanza just villain-plotting against Orpheus, and then he looks at Persephone and hears himself and realizes he's talking about his own shortcomings as much as Orpheus's, and he just kind of slackens in some combination of shame, resignation, understanding, and says, "Then doubt comes. Doubt comes in," with this clear subtext of, "Oh, I get it now." Perfectly setting up the "It's time for spring," moment.
Every single fic update there is an author trying frantically to find the right balance between a nonchalant aside of "leave a comment if you enjoyed =)" and clinging desperately to the coat tails of a random stranger, dragging along behind them on the street wailing "Please, please! I have to know what you thought! I'm desperate to talk to people about this! Ask me about the alliterative repetition! Ask me about the symbolism!"
hate it when people ask 'why do/dont you ship blah blah blah"LIKE I DONT KNOW i didn't actively choose to ship this one ship over another i just woke up one day and my thoughts were consumed by them this was not consensual at first
A non-writer asked me "but where do you get your ideas" and i genuinely did not know how to explain that it's not a place. it's not a website. it's not a folder. it's that i was on the bus and a woman was holding a paper bag very carefully and something about the way she held it made me need to know what was inside and then i needed to know why she was sad about it and then there was a whole person and then there was a whole story and the bus had already stopped and i missed my stop. that's where.
thereās this extremely kind soul of a woman on instagram that makes accessible recipes that donāt require standing, chopping, or a stove and she might just have a permanent place in my heart
i bring a sort of "this character is canonically malnourished and would gain at least a couple pounds during their hypothetical healing arc wherein they get better" vibe to the function that people dont really like
