There’s a clip I watched today of a viewer telling tubbo that they’re are going to kill themself. He had to have a series discussion about suicide hotlines and how they help. I understand that streamers and content creators in general are comforting; an escape from reality. You must understand, tubbo is a kid. He’s 17, you can’t just burden him with your own issues. Viewers in general need to be aware of this obvious boundary regardless of age. They didn’t kill themself but the next day they told him if he joined a discord call with them that would help. Obviously this made tubbo uncomfortable. I wasn’t aware of this until today but this happened 2-3 weeks ago. There was also a donation today on Ranboo’s stream that said how they had a dream about him and they imagine him as a big flirt. He saw it but he never read it out loud. Why??? CAUSE IT’S WEIRD. Same thing with Philza, there are a bunch of donations that he gets that are weird but he’s an adult who calls the person out when they do it. That’s the difference between the two, phil is an adult; ranboo and tubbo are KIDS. These three are streamers not therapists, I know therapy is expensive but venting to content creators won’t fix your problems. It just makes them uncomfortable, stop doing it.

Sometimes you just need an Action Plan!

Usually I make a 5 things list. It's a list of 5 things that need to get done that day and it really helps with my anxiety because when I don't have enough time to get everything done, I don't beat myself up over it anymore. Instead I take a deep breath and say:

" You got the five most important things done. You're ok. "

And I go to sleep because sleep is important!

Today I am volunteering at Fish Camp aka Freshmen Orientation. Basically I just hand out candy to the incoming Freshman and try to convince them to join student council since I am Parliamentarian of my school's student council. Hopeful we get more members who participate then we did last year.

My friends found a way for us to find out our schedules before school starts and... I don't have any classes with my friends. ☹️

This is good and bad I suppose. I am generally more bored in classes I don't have friends in and I feel less of a need to work hard in them for some reason. Maybe because I find them boring because I'm bored. But I also get better grades because I'm not distracted so... Good and bad. Good and bad.

July's almost over! School is creeping up on me like a creeper. 💥

This also means summer school is almost over so my friends won't be so busy.🐝

2.5 weeks left until school!🏫

Practice mindfulness! This will increase your motivation and help to decrease your stress.

Create a to-do list every day, aim to get 2-3 big tasks done a day to remain productive.

Remove all distractions when trying to work. Remove phones, laptops, tv, children/siblings, etc, from the room you are studying in (unless you genuinely need them to study).

STOP MULTITASKING! Studies have shown that you actually waste time by switching between tasks (a loss of up to 40% of your time). Multitasking is also linked to poor mental health. Take your time on one task at a time and get them done quicker and more efficiently.

Have a de-stress day at least 1-2 times a week. This will ensure you aren’t stressing yourself out and giving yourself student burnout. It will also help you with motivation and efficiency when studying.

Keep a diary! Keeping your time organised, eliminates unnecessary stress and helps you to get things done.

Keep your study area clean. Less physical clutter translates to less mental clutter.

Study every day. This will ensure continuous learning and solidifying information in your brain (if you’re studying correctly in the first place).

Figure out your learning study. There are so many learning styles. Figuring out yours will help you study more efficiently and learn concepts faster. I am more of a visual learner, so I really benefit from diagrams and visually interesting videos.

Don’t forget to take breaks. I try to enforce 3 hours of solid study time a day, broken up by 5-10 minute breaks, every 20-30 minutes. Breaks give your brain time to absorb new knowledge, as well as to relax and not get too worn out.

No last-minute study! Give yourself time to learn and actually understand concepts. Last-minute study just leads to stress and can also cause you to forget previously learned information.

Flow charts and diagrams are a lifesaver! When done correctly they can help solidify information, make connections between topics, and perfectly summarise your content.

Try teaching others. Learning from teaching is so helpful, it solidifies information in your brain, whilst also helping others.
