Nighttime studying (for once!).
Most of my assessments pre-exam have finished by now, which is great. Just one more physics test on Monday. And then I have a study week before the dreaded exams. Excitingly, my school has scheduled things so that the GAT is right in the middle of the exam period. And if that wasn't wonderful enough, I have my first 3/4 sac the week after! Fun times :)
But yes. For tonight, some maths, and that is all.
hello everyone! this is where you can find aussie studyblrs. if you are curious about the australian system, please continue to read below the cut! be sure to message me if you are interested in being added to this :)

The Australian high school system is standardized to give each student a ranking from 0 to 99.95 at the end of their high school education. The way that this score is determined depends on the state, but typically involves 1-2 years of focused curriculum in 4-6 subjects. It culminates in a series of fairly difficult exams, and uses 'sac' (school assessed coursework) grades to determine a score, which is then applied to a bell curve. I'm happy to do a q and a on this if anyone is interested!
hi everyone! hope you all had a lovely holidays :) these are some of the books i got for christmas- plus a book for lit that i’ve started annotating. holidays are slipping away so fast! looking forward to lots more reading and beach time though
And so my first week of work ends! Today was pretty laid-back since I worked from home. This morning, I went to the local stationery store to buy some supplies for my office. I really liked this neighborhood around Berkeley since it reminded me so much of Abbot Kinney in Los Angeles.
Nobody talks about how hobbies like crochet and knitting have suspense, anxiety, and gambling involved and it’s all thanks to a self inflicted game called yarn chicken
why can't I just go to my leactures to have my mind blown at some convoluted yet elegant construction of some math bullshit and laugh at the absurdity of it all with my friends
