Waldinneres (In the Forest), 1933 painting by Hans Emmenegger
Thank you @nuka-rockit I was actually going to ask if anyone spoke German and if that translation, which came from Wikipedia, was any sort of accurate. Fascinating. Titles are so important.
There's something surreal about seeing your story in someone else's hands.
Moments like this remind me why I started writing in the first place.
Thank you for the love and support for The Flight of Lost Souls.

Seeing someone holding your book is always special... but some moments carry a different kind of meaning.
Beyond the pages, beyond the story, there are connections that make the journey even more unforgettable.
Thank you for this moment.

There's something powerful about watching a story leave your hands... and find a home in someone else's.
Moments like this remind me exactly why I write. Thank you, Lucia!

I carry scars, lessons, and silences that I keep to myself.
Today I turn fifty-something springs old.
And, interestingly, it’s only now that I’m beginning to understand what truly matters.
Today, my journey isn’t about reaching Ithaca…it’s about finding myself along the way.One page at a time…
When you like someone so much you want to BITE them - and other adventures of Hedwig (Pticenoga) and Vaughn >:)
I've been dealing with some health issues (nothing unusual for me, so no worries; also my husband takes care of me the same way Vaughn does here lol), which kept me from posting for a while. Now I'm trying to get back into it 💀
As you can see, I've also been experimenting a bit. I have 0 training in animation, but I've always admired it, so I decided to try animating something small myself. These are some of my older attempts, I've created more since then (you can find them on my Patreon), and I even revisited Hedwig's leg animation to make it smoother and as if she's rushing forward. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm really excited about it!
Would you watch an animated movie about Pticenoga and Vaughn? P.S. - don't forget to pay attention to the frogs 🐸
Went to a Christmas Market by my place today. There was an entire booth dedicated to Blind Dates with a book. So I obviously picked up two.

We have always loved and we will continue to love. Oh, the beauty of human connection!
History can be so sweet…
Another night where the world sleeps… and I write.
The sky awakens ablaze, painted in shades of crimson and gold, as if the gods themselves had decided to adorn the horizon with the fire of their passionate hearts. The sun, still shy, emerges like a warrior breaking through the shadows of the night, bringing light and hope to the slumbering world. Each ray that pierces the dawn seems to tell a tale of rebirth and power, reminding us that no matter how dark the night has been, a new day will always rise, majestic and relentless. This is the sunrise, an eternal promise that light will prevail. - @jaimecaiape
