Purity culture isn't as woke as you think it is. I've seen people today trying so hard to be woke they've reverted back to conservatism. Have you ever thought about why there are people that enjoy horror? As a child you'd often play out scenarios as you're learning to navigate in life, it's the same in adulthood; you watch a horror movie at home, and get to experience that fear in a safe, controlled environment. I have always had a fascination for dark topics in media, not because I condone it or because I have any intention to replicate it, but because it makes me feel safe. I think people should be allowed to have that. Censorship is taking away that safe distance, and what do you think that will do for those disturbed? They aren't going to stop seeking that experience.

See, here. I enjoy their content, I have subbed to their channel so I don't get ads, I enjoy watching them interact with other CCs because its fun to see, but does that mean I don't support other CCs? Where the fuck did you see where I said I wouldn't watch anyone else? Can YOU lock the fuck in and let me enjoy the shit I spent money on?
Also my time is limited! Not everyone has all the hours in the day to watch multiple POVs even in the name of support. Like most people, they find a main POV and tertiary POVs which is usually 2 or three others (and even then people try to get the parred down version of the stream ONLY for sections of content they want to see).
And finally, at the end of the day its the vibe of the stream I enjoy. Ranging from streamer personality, chat quality, music choice, etc. Sometimes it literally isnt my cup of tea! Give me short clips and shit of the CC and hell yeah ill watch, but multiple hours of being in an environment I don't enjoy? Fuck off.

This probably came our harsher than intended but its gotten so fucking annoying to see especially when its not even us driving the fucking train. Like i probably share the same gripes as you when theres someone being obnoxious in chat, but id appreciate if you use a more precise fucking implement ya know? Strike at the root? Tell the mods?
