One of my favorite brands, but I don’t like channel switching.
I like a little humor in release notes.
Cool SMS-based satisfaction survey from GrubHub
Learning how hard it is to be a job seeker.
One of the best and clearest unsubscribe screens I have seen.  Usually companies obscure how to do it, or they make you uncheck a ton of boxes to actually unsubscribe.  I suppose you could argue that the green color, checkmark and “yes” are contradictory to an “un” action, but I like it.
Really clear directions.
I am a loyal GoDaddy customer and generally a fan of the brand, but false domain expiration notices are not cool. It’s not OK to cause alarm with your clients for no reason, or to drive sales.
Nice crossover e-mail from Party City - e-mailed customers in its database about employment opportunities.
Social is quickly becoming my favorite service channel.
Adobe in-app Net Promoter (NPS) survey with Photoshop CC.
Even Apple's job ads have its beauty and simplicity. Â Great brand consistency.
Nice AdWords display ad from CH2M Hill. Â Also good landing page.
I don’t really enjoy receiving presents. The best present for me is to be somewhere awesome surrounded by my family. I’ve already received that present.

I am not sure about this recommendation...
Great piece today on Help Scout about hiring for personality rather than experience. Loved this excerpt.
