Okay this is it. One step away. I've talked to several reps in Globe to Migrate our slowest LTE internet at home to DSL but unfortunately they told me its not yet available and have to call again after 6 mos. Then the next day, I went to PLDT store to re-apply for DSL internet connection and they've told me that I have to wait 5 to 8 days which I really needed the DSL connection asap. And so the next day I saw a technician who's installing a telephone box which is Globe Fiber at Home and so I contacted Globe again to inquire for migrating our slowest internet connection to fiber. They've created a new ticket for on-site facility check and have to wait until monday or tomorrow for result if its possible and have to wait for 3 to 5 days for installation. And so after the efforts and begging for a DSL connection I just got a phone call from PLDT and its ready for install. Its now time to make a switch, well served Globe welcome home PLDT! 😍👍👌 #globe #pldt #dsl #internet
