So, today I opened up chapter #26 of my life. A few years filled with highs and lows, disappointments and happiness, vulnerability and resiliency.

I wouldn't trade my experiences for anything as those are what made me the adult man I am today. To those who wronged me, I say thank you cause I still came out on the other side. And to those who stood by me, I say thank you cause we grew together for the better.

I've been struggling with depression way too long over these past 5 years, to not enjoy how little by little I'm getting my body back together. I was my heaviest last year almost 100kg, and I'm going back to 80kg and build mass.. getting ready just in time for my 26th Birthday next month
