“great, well...” he breathed, pushing aside his plate and lifting a brow, “you’ll probably survive it so I’ll say it now, welcome to the serpents, finally.” atlas really couldn’t have sounded less enthusiastic if he tried.

“And this is me giving you my thoughts on the situation while we’re on the topic.” Alec narrowed his eyes a moment and sighed. “It’s the perfect time to give me that chance, actually. I’ll have enough motivation to do what needs to be done without worrying about whether it’s the right thing or not.” He shrugged. “Dakota didn’t plan on getting thrown in jail and he probably would’ve thought I wasn’t ready before anyway.”

atlas didn’t look at alec as he spoke, he simply looked at the table and let out a long sigh, “okay,” he grumbled, unable to think of anything else to say. “you know you have to get your ass kicked, right?” he murmured, glancing up at the other, “I’m calling dibs.”

Jacob should have questioned it but he couldn’t bring himself to even ask. Maybe at that point, he just didn’t care. A groan escaped his lips as his nails dug into Atlas’ skin, no doubt leaving a mark or two. Atlas’ name easily fell from Jacob’s lips as his head turned, teeth catching Atlas’ ear lobe.

he hissed when the other’s nails buried into his skin, his back arching, pressing himself deeper into jacob as he did, further fuelling his pleasure and encouraging him to move that bit faster, his hips now slamming into the other.

God, he had missed Atlas – he had missed this. He had missed being close to him and while he had half the mind to believe that this was going to end horribly, he couldn’t bring himself to care in that moment. “Fuck,” he breathed out, a hand coming up to tangle in Atlas’ hair as the other rested along his back. It was difficult not to dig his nails into Atlas’ skin, having to constantly remind himself that Atlas was no longer his to mark.

atlas melted into the other, with his nails burying into his skin, taunting him with a scratch that would have been very much welcomed at this point, atlas found himself groaning into the column of jacob’s neck, “do it,” he growled, bringing their mouths back together as his hips picked up their pace.

Jacob almost whined when Atlas pulled away from the kiss but that was quickly replaced with a different sound as Atlas finally eased into him. His lips pressed together as he tried to remind himself not to mark Atlas as he willed himself to relax. Letting out a shaky breath, he forced his eyes open to look up at Atlas, “You’re beautiful, you know that?” His voice practically came out in a whisper as he brought Atlas back down for his lips to meet with the other’s again.

jacob’s noises were the only ones etched into atlas’ memory, he could never forget how incredible he sounded and that was only reinforced when a familiar musical moan left his lips and forced atlas to find some rhythm, grinding into him, fighting back his own moans as he lifted his head slightly to find his breath. jake caught him off guard though, offering a compliment that made the breath he had been desperate for, hitch in his throat. he looked down at the other, his pace faltering for a moment before a soft smile tugged on his lips, he knew he could’ve returned the compliment, made a joke out of it, but he didn’t have it in him to respond, stunned entirely by how easily he had fell back into wanting him. he hummed, dropping his features into the crook of jacob’s lips, trailing kisses down his throat, silently warning himself not to mark the other.

The anticipation was driving Jacob insane and he couldn’t help but watch as Jacob leaned over to grab lube. He pressed his lips together as Atlas finally gave himself something but that didn’t stop the sound of a muffled moan. He almost nodded his response to atlas’ demand, his lips quick to find the others own.

atlas smiled as their lips connected, tongues dancing around one another as both of them seemed to pant in desperation against each other. he had no idea why he was torturing the both of them but he wasn’t about to rush what might not happen again, if that’s what he wanted to pretend. the male gave up a moment or two after inserting another finger, pulling back altogether and slowly guiding himself into jacob with a hiss.
