There is quite a bit I have to share since it has been months if not years since I have been online. So here's the story of a journey I've been on since January 2025:
I was invited to join my online friend to go to a convention with them and decided to take up a new cosplay to impress them. I chose to switch from Shaggy from Scooby Doo to Luigi Mario, in particular from Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon.
The issue originally was trying to figure out how i could get a Poltergust done up, and was told by a kind cab driver about a MakerSpace that could show me how to 3d print what I needed. From there, it has now been a 10 month journey of ups and downs learning a new skill and having every bit of fun with the folks showing me how. Then one day, the head of this Makerspace gave me me an email to the group that started it all to share my idea and potentially get more support on the project. These folks then allow me a full presentation before the heads of every Makerspace on the Poltergust, and despite my fears, they saw only my joy and ambition. Now they have supplied me with printers of my own to make more of what I want from home FOR FREE. They welcome me and my green cap with open arms and excitement as we work together on the more technical work of my project and even the local public get excited to see their Local Luigi come riding in on the horizon all because of a chance I took and a chance to meet my friends.
I owe them the biggest thanks and I look forward to when we meet
