Light unto my feet By John Hagan

From soul to sole do these walk The foundation of one body Together, left and right do they align, To and fro, do they go Forwards and not backwards From heel to toe, heel to toe

In circles they sometime orbit, The Earth and the moon has seen them both Footsteps of the small, an imprint for giants These can stamp, though at times inked with dirt

Born with strength- these feet are for walking Born to walk in light- these feet will not stumble Soon the sun will set, but these feet will never forget  jhh

Don't Give Up By John Hagan

The writing is on the wall ~Don't give up~ Keep your head up For the journey ahead Is a long one And you are at this station temporarily To fill up your confidence A broken vessel Can always be made whole What about the dole? Remember you are the head And not the tail In your going in And coming out You shall not fail Travail, Man of valour Travail, Woman of virtue The reality of this world shakes even the strongest foundation Pat the dust off your shoulders And realise you have ability So take every opportunity, Today After every fall, Learn to stand Tall Look past the wall And above all, Don't Give UP!

I’m a leader, Born and bred, Kneaded first by the knitting of two hands into  a ball, incubated in loves oven to rise, I rise above all, Having fallen to temptations Yet still, I stand

I stand on clichés, On the shoulders of giants Never again to see myself small in my own eyes

I see as far as eagles do And I’ll fight for the sun to stay unset

The risks I take guarantee victory, so…it’s really by faith I conquer Passing the time, 1066AD

My domain is in a united kingdom where I co-rule as a royal citizen

My mandate is to prepare the way For the generation after me, I lead where others follow And after, I’ll follow others to eternal rest jhh
