Will presenting Mack with matching swim trunks and towels for them to wear on July 4th. Gabe and Leno will be there so Mack is beyond thrilled at this scenario
Laying on a blanket and looking up at the fireworks in the sky. Their hands intertwined and their heads pressed together as they whisper about how much they missed each other and anything else that comes into their heads
Late night hot tub sex after far too many high noons, hoping no one hears them and looks out the window
They take a red eye to Van. They bought all 4 seats in their row of the plane, and wait until almost everyone on the flight is asleep. Then they can stretch out like it’s a bed, throw a blanket over their bodies, and spoon each other til they land
Will throws up 3/4 of the way up grouse grind, Mack leaves him there and continues up with Aiden and dada Rick. Will almost catches up on the way down but Aiden beats him and is giving him a shit eating grin when Will gets down 2 minutes later
RJ begs will to make an appearance at his hockey team’s summer skills camp. Will agrees and gets mobbed by 30 fourteen year olds while Mack is doubled up laughing from the bleachers. After he escapes, Will manhandles Mack into a dark, empty locker room, sinks to his knees on the rubber mats, and blows him sloppy style. They have to sneak out the back door of the rink so no one notices the state of Mack’s sweatpants
The baby sharks arrive to train. They are quickly reminded of what it’s like to practice with Thing 1 and Thing 2. Toff is not present to intervene, shenanigans unfold, and Sammisa and friends are ready to get the fuck out of there by the end of the week
Robyn helps Will bake a belated birthday cake for Mack. To show his appreciation, Mack brings Will out to the floating dock in the middle of the lake, puts down some floatie air mattresses for padding, and rides Will so hard he can barely walk the next day. It’s the first time Mack has ever made up an excuse to get out of Rick’s training
Will heads back to Boston for a couple more weeks of summer. Gotta win the rec league softball tourney with Matty and do Shoulder Check
He and Mack constantly text real estate listings in SJ. Bill is coming with them in August to help them choose a place and move in together.
Until then, they FaceTime at least twice a day and Will usually falls asleep to Mack’s voice, exhausted from a days worth of training and sweltering summer heat (oh and the very vanilla phone sex session they just had)
