Preserving Meyer Lemons - to make: quarter Meyer lemons into wedges and nestle them into jars, sprinkling generously with kosher salt between each wedge. When you get to the top of the jar, press down gently on the lemons to level. Pour a 1/2-inch layer of extra virgin olive oil on the top and seal tightly. Refrigerate for at least one week. They’ll keep until next year when a new crop of Meyer lemons is ready. #preservedlemons #preservedmeyerlemons #recipe
