Sign-ups are re-opening! We have had more authors than artists sign up, so we are re-opening :) Due to this our schedule will be changing dates around.

Sign-ups will remain open from now until December 5th, or until we have an even number of sign ups.

As a reminder we allow the following as art pieces:

~ Traditional/Digital Art ~ Moodboards ~ Graphic Edits

You are allowed to sign up for 2 artist spots. Artists currently signed up may also submit another concept if they wish to.

For this event, your work must be new and original. It cannot be anything posted before, and the use of AI is not allowed.

are you allowed to submit multiple art pieces for the same fic?

Yes, we are encouraging artists to have at least 2 completed art pieces if they are choosing to submit traditional/digital art. 1-2 graphic designs if they chose that route (that is a new edition we decided to add on!). And for moodboards 9+ photos.

Check-In #3: March 20th-25th (Art/Fic 65% Complete)

Some additional information for authors is that the minimum word requirement is 5,000. There is no limit as long as your fic is finished before posting. Claiming will be anonymous, and if you know whose art is whose based on style, we ask that you keep that information to yourself for fairness. Beta readers are encouraged, but not required.

Your work must be new and original. It cannot be anything posted before, and the use of AI is not allowed.
