Besides tumblr, pretty much just Ao3 (But if we're mutuals, feel free to dm me for my discord) I'm online as both JellyEliArt and JellyEli131. This tumblr account used to be titled Jellyfishyprincess, and my twitter used to be Jellyprincess. I also have a bluesky account which I rarely use anymore.

What I do, examples of my work, what I'm currently working on, taglist info, and tags I commonly use below the cut!
(IMAGES INCLUDING NUDITY, BLOOD, AND 1 SMALL FLASHING GIF BELOW)
What do I do?
I'm an artist and writer (mostly personal writing and fanfic, however I do have a few short stories published under my legal name, which I will not share here.) I occasionally have done art commissions in the past, however currently between my full-time job and my poor health I don't have the spoons. Maybe again someday in the future!
I'm multi-fandom, but currently mostly active in the Dragon Age fandom. Still very into BG3, The Locked Tomb, The Owl House, The Legend of Zelda, AtLA and ALoK, Date Everything, and others.
What are some examples of my work?
Here are a few pieces I've drawn over the past several years that I'm still proud of!
And a direct link to my personal favorite piece of fanfic I've written:
"Animal" (Dragon Age the Veilguard, Explicit, Lucanis/Rook, 4,234 words, 1 Chapter) A fic that is part of my ongoing main series, but can be read as a oneshot.
What am I working on right now?
As mentioned above I have an ongoing multi-fic series right now on Ao3, "If I Lead (Would You Follow?)" (Dragon Age the Veilguard, Explicit, Lucanis/Rook)
Ft. my Rook, Adelaide Ingellvar/Lucanis Dellamorte
More posts about Adelaide -Here-
And here are two art WIPS I'm plucking away at currently:
I'm really only just starting to reach out to other creators in the fandom space in this way. I've been a coward my whole life, it's more of a career than a hobby, what can I say!
If you see this and are interested in getting tagged by me in posts that feature tag prompts (quizzes, fandom prompt chains, favorite music friday, etc) please let me know and I'll add you! I want to make friends! If you're on and want off, totally a-ok too, let me know! I take no offense. :)
What tags do I commonly use?
If you want to avoid anything in my queue, which is usually a mix of aesthetic and funny posts, I tag them with "how queuete!".
If you want to avoid my text posts or personal thoughts, I tag them with "eli posting".
Fandom related reblogs, fanfic updates, and original art posts will be tagged with their associated fandom tags.
Thinking about stuff for Harding week (really sliding in at the last second now that the week has started LOL) and I’m just suddenly really emotional about Isatunoll, specifically with how it relates to Harding.
There’s just something so…moving about a people pleaser, a girl who has learned to suppress her grief and anger to be palatable to other people, who still wants to work hard and make a positive difference, someone who defines herself by what she can do for others to get to look the world in the face and say
I am.
We are.
It’s a statement of “You will see ME — not just what I do for you, not just the version of myself I crafted to make you happy. All of me.”
It’s not just a reclamation of dwarven identity and history. It’s Lace Harding reclaiming herself in the face of the rage, the grief, the fear, the stress. She’s been doing this for 10 years! And that was after years of Blight and the Breach and everything else Ferelden has gone through. And then to lose Varric on top of that?
For me this is why the ending where you encourage her to embrace her compassion is so important. It’s not telling her to forget her anger, it’s encouraging her to accept it and let it push her to connection, to evolution. Her ending quest when you choose compassion is her sharing the Eternal Hymn with Stalgard and his sister, starting a new bond and a new chance for the dwarves to reconnect with their lost history and legacy. It feels very “from the ashes of the past, we’ll build a new future” in a way that I think the ending where you have her honor their anger does not.
Idk I just really love that the core of Harding’s narrative is just that simple statement: I exist. I am. There’s so much contained in that little phrase.
Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this Favorite Music Friday! (and last FMF, since we have some I missed from last week here!)

Favorite Music Friday / Several Sentences Sunday / Early WIP Wednesday...on a Tuesday 😏
TYSM for the tags @kogarashi-art @pixiedurango @lemondelighted @sorcerousadventurer @casa-dei-corvei @jenn2d2 @woundedsoul12 @necromanticsoul & @tieflingsorcerer!! Work has been absolutely kicking my ASS, but I promise I am still devouring your art & words, just at a slower pace. <3 It's the busiest time of year and I was welllllll in burnout mode before that, so ya girl is hanging on to her sanity by her widdle mushroom fingies!!
Along with the power of internet friendship, of course. 🌈💕
I decided to make this one a combo just to cover all my bases lol. I'm often inspired by music when I'm writing. Sometimes I'll hear a specific song and it helps me improve upon or expand a scene that's already in progress. And sometimes, it inspires the whole damn thing.
I know I've been spammin' y'all with Ayla and her Evil Ex Elek, but unfortunately that's Ayla's arc and trial by fire she's gotta get through before meeting Emmrich later on in Yellow Bike/Shithead AU. 🥲 And I had envisioned a scene where Elek bumps into Ayla by accident at Arlathan (IYKYK), Minrathous' hottest nightclub. 🤣
I came across this song and it was a perfect fit, and it's been on repeat ever since. My hc is it's the song that's playing during this scene. I love the lyrics and the beat ofc, but it's got a sort of snake charmer vibe to me that just really workssssssssssss ya know? RIP Ellie.
No fucking way.
Elek couldn't believe his luck. And he ended up downing his Maker-awful drink anyway before heading towards her. Stalking across the dancefloor like a hunter who'd finally caught sight of the prized white halla he'd tracked through the wilderness for days on end.
Which, Elek guessed described him well enough. Considering how insanely elusive Ayla'd been ever since they last fucked.
…Maybe she was lying, and she actually was a mage. 'Cause at least that would explain what the hell was happening to him. No woman ever had his ass on the hook this bad, especially one that wasn't even trying.
It was fucking embarrassing.
And as Elek's eyes hungrily roamed Ayla's curves, that sexy ass of hers dancing away under the primary-school colored lights without a care in the world, he felt a sickening possessiveness wrap around his throat, threatening to choke him alongside the heavy dose of resentment that came right along with it.
How the fuck dare she.
It was honestly rude as shit to look that hot and fuck as good as she did only for her to turn around and play so hard to get. Elek had never experienced anything like it, never been with anyone who'd managed even an ounce of the pull Ayla seemed to have on him. And not only was she not exploiting it for her own gain (which at this point Elek would have happily welcomed if it meant getting her into his bed again) she didn't really seem to be aware she had any power over him at all?!
Somehow making all that even worse for some reason???
Which, again: how the fuck dare she.
Elek was an adult. A grown-ass man. Which meant he knew this type of thing wasn't a competition.
But Venhedis, what he wouldn't give to win.
He was almost on her now. The heat this far into the crowd was awful, and it made Elek thankful he'd left his leather jacket at home, considering he was already sweating his balls off in the silk black collared t-shirt he was wearing anyway. He guessed he looked alright, but nothing could compare to his Shortcake right now, who was…
Well, just fucking breathtaking.
Ayla was wearing a silver dress, some revealing, sparkly thing that barely covered her perfect tits and ass. It had 3D-looking flowers or something scattered across it, the gauzy white fabric fluttering around as she danced. And with that dress along with the sweat on her skin, she practically glowed like moonlight. Gorgeous and impossible to ignore, like those rare nights when the moon was so big and low in the sky, even the bright city lights couldn't drown it out.
Ayla was dancing by herself, the crowd parting in a circle as if they were orbiting around her. The center of the fucking universe.
At least that's what it felt like to Elek.
Especially when she locked those dark blue eyes onto him, and he watched her lips curl into a smirk. Giving him a look that had him actually questioning if he was the hunter after all…
Or the prey.
Also droppin' Ayla x Elek's playlist here, because it's been my go-to the past few weeks!!
Taggin' pals below to say hi & to egg ya on to do a Fav Music Friday / Several Sentences Sunday / WIP Wednesday if you're so inclined! Take your pick!! 💕
Glad you're hanging onto your sanity, even if it's just by the tips of your little mushroom fingies! And I have to say, I am "So Obsessed" with this song, and your Elek WIP! The Song is going in the Dragon's Hoard, and the WIP is going in my heart! >:}
Thanks for the tag @pixiedurango (check out her faves here)!💜
Shamelessly share the song or piece of music that is *your* current favorite. If you discovered it yesterday, been listening to it on repeat for weeks or months or years, find it really meaningful, find it fun or funny, find it super technically well made, you just like it because, any reason at all: please share!
Paris Paloma ~ Pre-Raphaelite
Okay so I was originally gonna choose a different song for this week, but the way I've been so hyped for this song, KI couldn't not choose it lol. I literally gasped yesterday when I realized she had already released Pre-Raphaelite lol I adore Paris Paloma's music and I've literally been listing to this on loop whenever I can 💜
I hadn't realized this song had come out! I missed it! Paris Paloma rarely puts out a song that's not a banger. Hell YEAH it's going in the Dragon's Hoard! (As well as my personal 2026 favorites, and queer veneer playlists) >:}
I'll admit I'm not usually much of a country music fan, but this lovely mix of country and pop is quite nice! I really like the slight rasp Shaboozey's voice has, especially when it comes out stronger on the softer notes. Thank you for your contribution to the Dragon's Hoard! >:}
Happy Favorite Music Frid- I mean Satur- I mean Sun- oops it's Monday! 😅
What a lovely song, I wonder if it's about soulmates- or obsession? Either way it's quite darkly romantic in just the perfect way! It's going in the Dragon's Hoard!
What a good, classic song! I have to admit, my first time ever hearing this song was on the soundtrack of Guardians of the Galaxy 2, so I'm always going to have that personal context attached to it. HOWEVER, it is still such a good song on it's own, I could listen to it casually any time. <3 "Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)" by Looking Glass is going in the Dragon's Hoard! >:}
Tagged by the lovely @kogarashi-art, and you know how much I love to yap about my music taste ;) <3
Little Promises- The Howling
Found out about these wonderful humans when they supported Creeper, who I watched earlier this year. Their EP, SALVO, reminds me very much of My Chemical Romance; so if you like MCR, you'll probably love these guys too.
more under the cut
Ghost Of Shangri La- Myles Kennedy
As a huge Alter Bridge fan, it's no surprise that I also love Myles Kennedy's solo ventures. This song is super beautiful, and the vocals give me goosebumps every time!
TANZNEID- Electric Callboy
I still haven't had the pleasure of seeing Electric Callboy live, the crowds are... crazy to say the least. This is also the first time I've seen the music video and I am a little bit speechless.
Technology- Don Broco
10/10 band, seen them live a few times- always such a party!! The whole album- also named Technology- is an absolute banger.
Black Chandelier- Biffy Clyro
I will never get fed up hearing this song. Ever. The first time I heard it, I ascended. 10/10 No notes.
Spirit Of Radio- Rush
I remember getting into Rush when I was in high school, my graphic design teacher would play them over the speakers when I'd stay behind after school to work on my final project. They hold a lot of happy memories for me :)
I think that's enough for now, I hope you enjoy these songs- and if you didn't listen but got to this point, thanks for reading!
Gentlest of tags: @lycheecatee @andromeda-xyz @jukkaricity @sanguiniuschosen @apothe-cary @genjyoandgojyoandhakkai
Yet another feast of choices! And what to choose, what to choose!
I Think we're going to go with "TANZNEID" by Electric Callboy! Excellent electric beat, excellent vocals, excellent music video, excellent all around!! Honestly the music video gives me "Napoleon Dynamite" in the best way possible. She's going in the Dragon's Hoard!
It's Friday once again and I want to join in on the FMF again. This time untagged but eager to share some more of my weird favorites.
Most of you know that Professional Wrestling is - beside Dragon Age - the second hyperfixation love of my life.
Recently I made a new playlist, filled with all my favorite Entrance Songs from Wrestlers from all over the world.
Sometimes I don't even like the Wrestler that much, but their music just slaps!
So today I invite you into a world of glamour, drama, pain, humor (yes Wrestling can be s damn funny!) and unparalleled show(wo)manship and athleticizm.
I just love me some violent physical soap opera!
Free Ride - Chad Gable
This one is pretty new and stuck in my brain for a few weeks now. I love the Dadrock vibes and even though Gable is not one of my particular favorites I very much vibe with his new song
Shadows of a Setting Sun (Shinsuke Nakamura theme) - Shadow of the Sun
Nakamura's theme "The Rising Sun" builds the theme of this rework when he turned heel. Even though I chose the version with lyrics, this theme is one of the few ones that I also like as an instrumental song. (I'm a big fan of words with music, so most of my favs will be songs that have at least a few slapping vocal lines)
Esfinge Entrance Theme
I won't lie, I love this silly reggae vibes of this song about a luchador with an ancient egyptian persona.
I Bring the Darkness (Baron Corbin Theme) - Tommy Vext
Another one that is already a bit older but I still love that song a lot
Harder Hart (Julia Hart, House of Black Version) - Colin Young feat. Emma Boster
This one is an older version of that still existing theme, but I absolutely loved the faction "House of Black" and their motto "the house always wins" while they worked together in AEW.
In the new version this hook-line in the song has been changed to "the heart always wins" which makes no sense to me and is only half as cool!
Elevated - Will Ospreay Theme
Easily one of my absolute favorites ever!
usually it's absolutely necessary to hear the live crowd yell "Ospreay Ospreay" but I couldn't find a live version where no one of the commentators continued to talk during over the music. So have here a studio version of this song.
Broken Dreams - Shaman's Harvest (old Drew McIntyre Theme)
This one is so old it's from times when I didn't even watch wrestling. But it slaps so hard! (Also Drew is one of my forever favorites)
Trouble - Liv Morgan
This is so much fun! Liv is the perfect heel and this song is just perfection
One Problem - Rich Latta ("The Problem" Marina Shafir Theme)
I love how Marina Shafir lives and breathes her moniker "The Problem". I would not want to mess with that beast of a woman in the ring.
Arriba los rudos, Arriba la dinastia - Los Hermanos Calavera theme
Heard this one once on tv and actually never get it out of my head again. I have no closer attachment to those guys in any way, but I DO love this song!
gentle invitations to look, listen and play under the cut
and YOU, if you read that and love rambling about your favorite music
What a smorgasbord of choices! It makes it so hard to choose, but a choice must be made! I'm going with "One Problem" by Rich Latta (Marina Shafir Theme)!
Immediately, the song opens up with a portion of the "Dies Irae"! The musical cue in films, musicals, and plays that death is being woven into the story. (If this is something that piques your interest- I HIGHLY recommend checking out this video from Sideways, all about how the Dies Irae is used in the musical Sweeney Todd. He goes over the historical use of this small piece of music very well!)
I also love the use of violins in the instrumentation of the song, not too common with rap songs! It's going in the Dragon's Hoard! >:}
Started by @jellyeliart, and this time around I was tagged by @pixiedurango and @sorcerousadventurer. Thanks guys! 💙 I loved your picks!
Doing a few again today, but that's because they're related.
I love Sonic the Hedgehog (raise your hand if you're surprised), and I love a lot of the music from the games and stuff. This one came up on my phone playlist the other day, and so I decided to share it as my FMF entry.
But it's not just one.
Explanation time: when Sonic Frontiers came out, there was a...well, a sort of conditional boss fight. The base game has three difficulties: Easy, Normal, and Hard. You only fight The End, the "true" final boss, on Hard (the other two modes defeat the boss via cutscene instead). This music plays during that fight:
Luckily, the game isn't too much more difficult on Hard (at least for me), and if nothing else, you can play the whole game on an easier mode and then switch to Hard right before the point where you would trigger the final boss and still get that fight.
The game received three DLCs. The third, Final Horizon, is an expansion/alteration to the final sequence of the game, Ouranos Island, increasing gameplay and raising the difficulty a bit, and leading into a new final boss fight. That fight got a re-cover of a different song from the game for its boss music, but the end credits for beating Final Horizon now got this track over it:
It's a vocal version of the original game's final boss fight, but more mellow. It really suits new character Sage's story. It made me actually see Eggman from a new perspective (along with the rest of the stuff in the game). I love it. But I also love the original version. And you know what these soundtracks were missing?
A version that combines the two.
A few people have done mixes of the two, but the best I've found is from Primis on YouTube, who was able to isolate the vocals from the background music so as to better mix it with the original boss music:
Brr. Gives me chills (in a good way).
Okay, two bonus songs that go with the above.
The first is another mash-up, but rather than two versions of the song, it's the original version plus the final boss's monologue from the original version of the boss fight. I love the monologue. I kind of wish this person had spaced it out a little more to stretch the full length of the song, but oh well.
And this second one is a fan song for Sonic Frontiers by longestsoloever, and would fit right in with the other titan boss themes as an alternate boss fight song.
Longestsoloever is pretty dang cool, I'm a big fan of his That's Not My Neighbor song "Open the Door", and I am ALWAYS down for more Nerdcore music! Also gotta say, LOVE the metal scream at 30 seconds in, very nice. "The End of All Things" by Longestsoloever ft Lacey Johnson is going in the Dragon's Hoard! >:}
Congrats on the first remix on Favorite Music Friday! What a fun, mellow mix. Not to mention the funny visuals in the music video! XD This is a song I could imagine putting on in the background and just getting lost in my work as it plays on repeat. It's going happily into the Dragon's Hoard! >:}
Oooh, I've never heard of Sleep Theory before! I've gotta say, it really reminds me of the kind of "emo" rock music that was very popular when I was in my early teens. I really love Cullen's voice, he has lovely tone and vocal control. I also want to note- it's not too often you see a band in this genre with a black vocalist. Or, at the very least, it's not too often you see them get popular or get the recognition they deserve. Very refreshing! "Words are Worthless" by Sleep Theory is going in the Dragon's Hoard! >:}
I love the OG Muppet Show, I grew up watching the first 3 seasons on DVD. How could I not put Rowlf's version of "Cottleston Pie" in the Dragon's Hoard!? >:}
