Here’s an easy little 31 day abs program for all of you. It makes use of 4 of the top exercises for the abdominals and obliques based off of scientific research. These exercises have been shown to product significantly more muscle activation than a standard crunch. Though some might argue that there are other ab exercises you should be doing. If you are looking for a good place to start that doesn’t require a lot of equipment, give this workout a try. If you are doing the31 day perfect butt program you can easily include this workout as a part of your plan by simply including it on the day after your lower body workout. Feel free to print these two images out and post them on your wall.
I think the reason I'm struggling right now is I want my life to start so badly. I am ready to be out in the world being me and rocking my life. But I have no idea what I want to do, where I want to go or even who I want to be. So, I'm stuck in this moment of constant frustration in what feels like and endless time loop. I've been here for a very long time now...I think it's time I found my way out.

Spicy Garlicky Salmon Pasta
1/2 Small onion, chopped.
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1-2 Tomatoes, coarsely diced
3-4 oz. Salmon
Vegetable or chicken broth, as needed.
Chili flakes, as desired
1 tbsp. 95% Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 cup cooked pasta
Saute onion and garlic in broth until onions are soft. Add more water/broth as needed. Add tomatoes, salmon and chili flakes. When salmon is cooked, add pasta. Top with one tablespoon cream cheese if desired.
This started out as modified Pasta Aglio e Olio. Honestly, I don’t miss the olive oil much at all. The salmon gets me those healthy fats and the ‘cream cheese product’ (which I would normally turn my nose up at) adds a little much craved richness. Of course, add more/less garlic, chili, etc. Sometimes I add mushrooms.

This diet is intense tho.
My goodness. All the food I love in this world is no longer permitted thanks to my gallbladder.
But this will probably be a good thing. It's really going to force me to restart my whole diet and really restart and cleanse my GI tract.
I'm definitely going to use this blog as my recovery and diary of this journey.
I still need to decide if I want to have surgery, but I'm waiting to see my doctor to make that decision.
Going grocery shopping and cleaning out my cabinets/fridge. Let's do this.
