Matt Diaz (myannoyances)  has worked extremely hard to lose 270 pounds over the past six years. But his proudest moment came in March 2015 when he decided to film himself with his shirt off to prove an important point about body positivity and self-love.

Here's the recipe to my Easy Berry Salad: I used to make this all the time when I was pregnant with #RockElijah and be still loves it. Yesterday morning at the doctor's office getting my breast #biopsy after a suspicious #mammogram and ultrasound. Wasn't going to share this but ladies... check your boobies! About 1 in 8 women will develop invasive #breastcancer over the course of her lifetime. Can't wait for the results next week and to be on the other side of this health challenge. 🎀💪💖
