i was pressed and felt bad that they were informed so as of late, i didn’t mean to come off as rude, i was really pissed. that youtuber has a tendency to STEAL art, give without credit, and MISINFORM people, he’s not a good resource! i felt horridly bad that i was sought out as a rude person,, i was just trying to show them that,, that’s not the case! it’s been going on for awhile now!

I Messed Up about the Haitus but I think it’s OK?

I was just informed that my post about the Hiatus was from an old interview that was made back in December of 2020, instead of something new. I misinterpreted the Youtuber. It was his estimation that it would be about 5 years before we can expect something new to come to the screen. Although, I think the interview does mention something about a timeline. Halle said the idea for AoR was created in 2004 and wasn’t finished until 13 or so years later, so we’ll get something, it’s just going to take a long while. That is not a direct quote, so don’t get mad if it’s not word-for-word. I apologize for amping people up, but the interview’s contents still matter. What she said was no less true, just because it’s older, right? In fact, if you think about it, that just means that the next thing to come to the screen is about 7 months closer. So, I took down the original post, but perhaps I didn’t need to. I could’ve just posted this without deleting it…This sucks! Again!

Guys, for those of you who have looked at this post,, please do your research! This hiatus is the normal one we’ve been seeing! It’s not new news AT ALL! This hiatus has been going on since DECEMBER,, I was fooled at first as well! Please check Dreamfast With Me’s YouTube, he had an estimation, NOT AN ACTUAL TIME FRAME CONFIRMED. PLEASE GUYS,, DO NOT.. be FOOLED! THIS IS PISSING ME OFF THAT PEOPLE BELIEVE THIS!!

What did you think of the fact that we're going to have a hiatus from the dark crystal? I think deep down that might be good because I was afraid they'd get lost and ruin the show with a bad ending, with that hiatus they might think with calmer about the end. But I'm afraid Disney+ will buy the series, because Disney can change a lot.

The hiatus has been going on for months now, since last December I believe. I think I may be leaving the fandom due to the sadness surrounding it. It makes me upset that one man could fool so many fans at one time. It just seemed like a troll thing to do. He may have wanted to bring light to the situation but, I believe this was his way of just simply saying goodbye and that there is no content coming out for him to work with. Unfortunately I may have to say goodbye to the fandom because I am so disheartened that one man would want to make the fandom even more riled than it already is. This information has always been to our access, one man just made it a bigger problem than it has to be.

I also will potentially not creating anymore art. A few days ago I was already becoming disinterested due to the fact nothing was happening on tumblr with anyone. The fandom is outraged, but this is not new news! It's just a cry to make the fandom pissed!

watching like a million old dark crystal things on ebay and one i keep coming back to look at is a $7 copy of the dark crystal Childrens Story Book version that a child drew stars on and apparently wrote "i love forever" on the back cover 🥺💕💕💕
