A while back I drew three Unknown Armies-themed tarot cards, as a gift to some folks. Since the gift arrived, I’m finally going to upload the actual drawings on the net. You will notice that all three of these are slightly off from the actual UA Archetype they portray, since not everyone has a perfect knowledge of the Invisible Clergy and it’s members. First off, we have the True King, or in this case, the Fisher King. Second, we have the Flying Woman, here represented by the Feathered Woman (close enough), and finally we have the Hermaphrodite, which in UA2nd edition was more specifically the Mystic Hermaphrodite, and now in UA3 is known as The Sexual Rebis.

Ha! You are probably one of the last people I would ever expect to get into Black Mirror. As to who made this - Charlie Brooker, a British writer, comedy host and all-around fun guy. He also wrote Dead Set a while back, which was a short TV series about zombies attacking the Big Brother house and eating all of the house-mates. He also did Screenwipe and Newswipe years ago, where he takes the piss out of TV, news and basically everything else. On a personal note - he’s also the reason I finally watched The Wire for the first time, so I have infinite respect for the man just for that. (Since The Wire is the best damn thing ever made for TV)

I’m very proud to officially announce that IMAGE COMICS will be putting out a print edition of Kill Six Billion Demons releasing September 7th, 2016!

The comic will cover the first book of material, up until about page 92 in the webcomic, and will include some of the in-universe religious texts. It’s only a trade paperback (for now), and you will be able to purchase it wherever you can get comics, so bug your local comic shop if you want a copy (otherwise you can probably get it off amazon).

I think it’s going to look good on shelves and I cannot wait to flip through it myself. A huge thanks to the great people at Image for bringing me this opportunity and to Brandon Graham for mentoring me through the whole process.

It’s been a long and weird journey to get here, but I’m extremely happy to be able to get this story out in print.

I will now share a little factoid from the Swedish pen & paper role-playing scene that the rest of the world isn’t that aware of. First of all, we love Disney. Not all of Disney equally, but specifically Donald Duck and his friends. We -love- Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, and Scrooge McDuck comic books.

Now, bear that in mind when I tell you how in the Swedish version of Dungeons & Dragons, Drakar och Demoner (literally Dragons and Demons), you can play Duck characters.

I am not shitting you.

You know, I actually wrote up a race of intelligent ducks for Pathfinder that I wanted to make into a project that I never finished (although I want to try and make them into a project one day). Seeing this gives me hope there will be a market for them.

Ducks (or Durulz to use their proper name) have inhabited the fantasy world of Glorantha (RuneQuest, HeroQuest, and soon playable in 13th Age) since the early days of roleplaying. Here’s a bit more about the Durulz.

Hell, Ducks have been in Glorantha since before there even were roleplaying games set in that setting. Their very first appearance is in the White Bear and Red Moon board game.
