Video #6 for @ReebokONE with my friend David Jack: Medicine Ball Training: Payoff and Force Summation
A great article posted by the NY Times writer Gretchen Reynolds.
Exercise can be as effective as many frequently prescribed drugs in treating some of the leading killers, including heart disease and diabetes, a new study suggests.
Wonderful news about the health benefits of exercise and its role in disease prevention. I also believe this is the reason I rarely get sick during the holidays. When our families all come together it's common for a cold, stomach bug, or other virus to work its way around the house where we've gathered. Though not always convenient I find at least 30 minutes each day to get to a local gym for a workout. I don't have as much control over my diet during these weeks of joyous celebration, but I can move. The main reason I do so is to stimulate my Lymphatic System which cleans up the mess made by the other systems of my body.
The primary way to encourage this system is through movement and breath. Deep breathing combined with Ki-Hara Strength Stretching are two of my favorite tools for staying well into the new year.

High-power Dynamax Med Ball exercises you can do without a partner. You just need a smooth, reinforced wall.
