Help Alaa and her son live in safety and happiness

My name is Alaa Abu Harbi, I’m 27 years old, married, and have a 3-year-old son named Maher. I’m from Beit Hanoun, Gaza, and our lives were destroyed because of the war on October 7. We were forced to flee to the southern part of Gaza City, and in total, we’ve been displaced seven times, escaping from violence, destruction, and death.

When we returned home, it was completely destroyed, and since then, we’ve been living in a tent that doesn’t protect us from the heat, fire, or the freezing winter cold.

I lost two children, and I suffer from health problems that require treatment outside the country.

Here’s what we urgently need:

✅ A safe shelter — a real home where my son and I can live without fear.

✅ Medical treatment abroad to address my health issues so I can safely care for my son.

✅ Basic necessities for my son — clean water, healthy food, suitable toys, and everything a child needs for a healthy childhood. Right now, most of Maher’s “toys” are just stones.

I want my son to grow up healthy, happy, and safe, to live his childhood like other children around the world. And I want to live in peace and security, like every human being deserves.
