This time of the year always creates mixed emotions in regards to body image. Between the cold weather, the sun going down early, and all the holiday food, it is easy to get caught up in feeling guilty or negative about the way we look. This is a gentle reminder to love yourself and your body no matter what. Your body is incredible. It is a vessel for your bright mind and your passion and your creativity. It's okay to indulge in holiday treats or eat a little extra at family gatherings. Don't be afraid to treat yourself! It's been a long year and you deserve it. Please take care of yourself this holiday season and know that you are strong and loved. You made it through another year and that is truly an amazing accomplishment 💝
