Here's to hoping *Happy and Bobby's eye eternally haunts the dreams of whoever leaked the Sons of Anarchy spoilers from the yet to be released book.  The book will be available the day after the finale, for those who want to get the best Christmas gift ever.

I am having a hard time processing that it's over. Words cannot express how much this show meant to me, and was the light in a lot of dark days that I had. I doubt he'll ever see this, but thank you, Kurt Sutter.

On another note, I do intend on resuming work on this Tumblr in the new year. It's going to be hard to sit through a lot of episodes again. (Juice :( ) but Jesus Christ, it will be worth it.

I am never really shocked at Emmy nominations at all, though I am glad SOA got a nomination in the Original Song category. I'm usually disappointed, however.

"I know on an intellectual level that the Emmys are not and have never been a valid qualifier of talent." -- the fact that The Big Bang Theory is consistently nominated and wins anything proves this. (You're welcome to disagree with me on this, but in the words of the great NeNe Leakes "I said what I said!") Also, Katey Sagal getting snubbed for Emmys as far back as Married With Children...that's another post for another day.

I’m halfway through my second paragraph and I haven’t called anyone at AMC a money-whoring, talentless cunt yet. So, that’s progress, right?

LOL, Mad Men? And I actually enjoy Mad Men, but they could have wrapped the show up with the last season finale. Also, that article needed way more "cunts", to be honest.

Anyway, I am beyond grateful and very thankful for this Tumblr having almost 800 followers, despite me not updating in quite some time. I am somewhere right now where using Netflix is next to impossible due to the internet moving at a late 90s AOL pace most days, despite it being "high speed", which sucks. I am also working on an almost 6 year old MacBook that has seen better days and is being held together by Band Aids (prayer circle for my MacBook, please!) I am hoping to be caught up by the season premiere, which means if all goes well, I'll be starting again some time in August. *fingers crossed*

First of all, how cute are these? According to Amazon, they'll be released on February 1. (The Gemma figure should have come with a _______, (I'm not sure if everyone has seen last season's finale yet, so....) So excited to buy these! They may be available for sale already at other places though. Keeping my eyes peeled. Also: Jax's white sneakers, which has been the lone pet peeve I've had about SOA, are adorable here.

But, Happy Belated New Year!  Hello to all the new followers. Thank you so very much for following, and I am sincerely sorry for not updating since forever. If it wasn't one thing (being sick + enough ER visits that I lost count) or another (replacing a hard drive is always fun) it was something else, but I am going to take time starting this weekend to pick up where I left off so yay, new content. Finally. Jesus Christ.

I always love the callbacks that SOA does.  Chibs is the default backyard doctor, I suppose with Tara being away and his army medic background. I didn't know what to think about him beating the crap out of Juice then lovingly taking care of him though. I was also amused by his glasses when he helped patch Tig up last season in 'Orca Shrugged'

I also loved the callback to Bobby's baking by Filthy Phil last night.
